Inland water management of the town of Bük Phase I

Overall objective: Improvement of environmental safety Developing the drainage system of urban rainwater in the settlement Preservation of environmental damage Reducing the risk of local water damage Reducing the risk of local water damage The orderly and unharmed drainage of rainwater falling into the inland area and erupting water from the surface, reconstruction of inland waterway drainage systems, reconstruction of inland waterway drainage systems Incentivise further movements Protecting the inland area of winter Prevent further damage of rainwater Improving the comfort of the population The planned development fits the following of the activities listed in point 3.1.1 of the call for proposals: Development and reconstruction of the drainage network for the protection of the inland area, taking into account the objectives of rainwater management, including the renovation of the closed rainwater drainage system. Of the ineligible activities on its own, these are included in the project (see designer cost estimate): Road pavement, pavement, pavement, gateway, parking area directly affected by the construction of a rain canal network, damaged during the investment (renovation of the entire road surface is possible only in justified cases), reconstruction and extension of recesses. The cost of the ineligible activities alone is HUF 3 million gross, i.e. 6 % of the total eligible costs, see in detail in the planning cost estimate. Mandatory publicity which cannot be supported independently, and the awareness-raising activity is carried out by the municipality, but is not accounted for in the project. During the planning, hydraulic calculations were completed in all areas, so rainwaters can be safely drained after reconstruction. The planning was carried out in accordance with the river basin management plan. In the course of the planning, in addition to the professional aspects, economic considerations have been taken into account, so the network can be operated at minimum cost and without additional energy use. The final water law licence has been attached and the municipality of Bük does not have ITS, which is in the process of being prepared. During the period of preparation of the project, an environmental assessment of the area affected by the project has been carried out in relation to the environmental elements and systems affected by the project. The project has no climate risks and a statement is attached. During the planning of the inland rainwater drainage network, we sought to reduce the load of the rainwater drainage system in order to compensate for oversizing. The aim of the License/Bük Municipality is also through local planning tools and local legislation. The introduction of foreign waters into the rainwater drainage network to be refurbished has been explored during the planning work. The settlement of the rainwaters of real estate must be ensured by embezzlement within the plot. The planned rain drainage system will be implemented as a renewal of the existing closed drainage network, it is not possible to establish an open drainage network in view of the large drainage cross-section and space demand. The renovation works of the pipe network are justified by insufficient cross-sections of the old drainage system, as well as the poor technical condition of the material of the pipe network (i.e. damage to pipe material and inadequate height line management). During the implementation of the planned investment, it is not expected that the works of art crossings will be reconstructed, replaced or reconstructed. The replacement of the connection line to the drinking water and gas supply network was charged in the draft budget notice. The value of the built environment in the protected area exceeds the eligible cost of the project. The value of the built environment in the protected area exceeds the eligible cost of the project. Based on the extent, frequency, damage value and values to be protected of previous damage events described in the aid application, the need for development is justified and the implementation of the project is justified. In both cases, the substantiation is contained in PET and its annexes. Technical and professional results: The planned development covers two themes. These are refurbishments and extensions of closed sewer branches to adapt to the increased build-up, the construction plan and the increasing load due to climate change, as well as the inclusion of narrow street areas without rainwater drainage in the system. Prior to the development of the authorisation plan, the drainage network was washed, as was the camera inspection of the main branches of the existing channel. The results of this were taken into account during the planning work. Sections where the cross-section and gradient of the existing pipeline network is appropriate and the structure of the concrete pipeline network is still acceptable, where the drainage mesh is
