The overall objective of the project is to implement the development aimed at creating a liveable settlement environment, protecting the natural and built environment and improving the quality of life and environmental conditions of the population, as a result of which the population retention power of the settlement increases. Another objective is to carry out developments aimed at protecting the urban area, which contribute to the objectives set out in the BAZ County ITP and the interventions ensure the achievement of the objectives set out in the Lucky ITS, in accordance with the provisions of the existing urban planning instruments. The aim is to develop systems for the orderly and unharmed drainage of rainwater falling into the inner area, in this circle-developing inland water drainage systems in the part of the settlement that is at risk of inland water in the area of the settlement — development of external and inland systems protecting the internal area of the settlement from the adverse effects of the waters coming from the outskirts of the urban area — the termination of the connection of rainwater collected from part of the urban urban area to the urban sewage pipeline, and the organisation of an awareness-raising action for the public target population living in the target areas, and the organisation of awareness-raising actions aimed at raising awareness of urban river basin management. The present grant application is intended to obtain the resources necessary for the implementation of the next phase of our water planning plans. These project elements relate to the action areas designated in the City’s Integrated Urban Development Strategy, which was completed in 2015, and are presented as a specific objective in the action area plans. The planned development fits with the target system of the Municipality’s Integrated Urban Development Strategy, which is detailed in PET.The municipality concerned with the grant application has a water damage prevention plan. The organisation submitting the grant expresses a sense of chance in its communication and behaviour, does not mediate segregation, reduces prejudices. Compliance with the conditions laid down in the section of the call’s content assessment criteria, detailed technical and professional content, equal opportunities and sustainability, conditions of operation, preparation, implementation schedule, details and justification of the budget, will be presented in the pet. It has taken into account the project’s mitigation and adaptation potential and ensures that the project is resilient to climate change and natural disasters, requiring support. It was considered whether the implementation or outcome of the project would be endangered by an extreme weather event. As a result of the assessment, it was concluded that the project does not have a foreseeable climate risk. The project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no impact on energy use, environmental status of the project environment, water status and climate change.Investment presentation: Project element 1: Mill trench development The problem to be addressed is: The protection of the inland area by concentrating rainwater falling from the built eastern slopes of the settlement, through the regulated drainage of the existing ditches and by organising the intermediate Diós ditches. Its aim is to prevent damage to public road no. 3712 (bench, edge of asphalt road) due to leaching, to prevent sludge and sediment loads on the transport surface, and to protect the bicycle path planned using TOP -3.1.1-16-BO1. It consists of: from the corner of the school on Ondi Road to Fenyves street, 1023 fm of prefabricated bed elements, as well as 6 road crossings directly affected by the construction of rainwater floods, 26 gateways (216 m). Project element 2: Fecskes drainage system development: Kazinczy, József Attila, Arany János, Ady Endre, street. Problem to be addressed: Establishment of a separated rainwater drainage network for the protection of the inland area of Fecskes, which is smooth, flat, with high groundwater level, including the regulated drainage of rainwater from the roads and construction of an inland water drainage network. In the side streets of Fecskes, a one-sided drainage ditch is built with prefabricated bed element coverings and gateways. 2.1 One-sided ditch in Fecskes-Kazinczy street: Collection of rainfall water from the road, decontamination: 335 fm prefabricated bed elements, 14 gateways (84 m).2.2 Fecskes — Arany János street single-side ditch: Collection of rainfall water from the road, decontamination: 425 fm prefabricated bed elements, 24 gateway passages and 1 passway (154 m) 2.3 Fecskes — Ady Endre street single-side ditch: Collection of rainfall water from the road, decontamination: 512 fm prefabricated battery, 30 gateway passages (180 m). 2.4 Fecskes — one-sided ditch on József Attila street: Collection of rainfall water ...
