(A)Project target system: Overall objective: The solution of rainwater drainage in the streets of Derkovits and Hunyadi in Vasvár City, thereby reducing and preventing environmental and economic damage Specific objectives: Protection of municipal and private properties from rainwater and inland water in Derkovits and Hunyadi Streets Protecting value-creating investments in the area of the project from water damage The protection of lower-lying areas (inner areas) from sudden falling water b) the technical and technical content of the project: Self-eligible activities: On the basis of point 3.1.1 A of the call for proposals, the following activities will be implemented: a) refurbishment, reconstruction and construction of belt trench systems, leaking systems, collecting shafts, drainage ditches and other justified artifacts and transferors forming part of the drainage system. Point 3.1.2 3.1.2.1. Of the mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out separately, we implement the following: a) Lifestyle, information action b) Providing publicity 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: B) the restoration of the road network, pavement, pavement, doorway, parking surface with the same type of pavement as before the investment, the reconstruction and extension of passages f) construction, reconstruction, reconstruction and reconstruction of crossroad structures The detailed technical content of the project: In 2016, the Municipality of Vasvár commissioned the Aqua Drop Engineering Office to prepare the plans for the construction of water rights in the drainage network of the city. Due to the implementation of a successful TOP tender, we managed to manage the drainage of rainwater in downtown Vasvár. Since then, no Vis Maior event has taken place in these sections. According to the professional proposal of the leading designer, the drainage of the streets where the problems are most urgent has come to the fore, so Hunyadi and Derkovits streets are part of the technical content, as they are at a geographically high point, and in case of heavy rain the water mass enters the center. The Municipality has a final and enforceable water rights permit (36800/3524-3/2019) for the following stages: Á-Hunyadi-1, Á-Hunyadi-1-1, Á-Hunyadi-2, Á-Hunyadi-3, Á-Derkovits-2, Á-Derkovits-3 Authorisation procedure will be launched for the following phases, in order to complete the drainage of the area until the reception (Fucking trench): CS-H-1, Á-Derkovits-1, Á-Derkovits-1-1 A-Derkovits-1-1 The streets affected by the design area have surface drainage networks consisting of open, earth-bedded trenches and closed rain channels on shorter sections. The route of the new network is mostly the same as that of the original network. The planned ditches are enveloped over the entire length, and the water transport capabilities of the planned trenching elements satisfy the standard water flows determined on the basis of hydraulic calculations. The main collector of the area is the Dózsa and Derkovits Street section of the ditch No Á-Hunyadi-1, which is connected to the existing rain canal in the mouth of Dózsa Street, which is hosted by Csapás ditches. c) the fulfilment of the conditions set out in point 3.4 of the call has been detailed in PET. d) the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in the section of the call’s content assessment criteria — is presented in PET due to character limitation. e) area-specific assessment criteria: 1. Alignment with the county’s regional development programme and relevant indicators 1.1 Frequency and severity of events caused by rainwater: Presented in PET and attached to the request is the 2016 and 2018 Vis Maior support claim, which was considered eligible. 1.2 Number of properties located in an investment protected/exempted area The attached site plan shows that there are more than 100 properties in the area affected by the investment. 1.3 Is there a functioning building with commercial, service and economic function in the areas affected/protected by the project? Yes, 9 in Hunyadi János Street, 4 in Derkovits Street (detailed in PET) 2. Contribution to internal territorial equilibrium 2.1Providing support for disadvantaged residents. HE WON'T DO IT. 3. The adaptation to the specific features of the county’s landscape, culture and settlement structure is listed in point 3.1: The areas listed above are not affected by the present application. 3.2 The positive incidental effect of the planned investment on the settlement environment Yes — it also serves to protect natural or cultural value on the basis of the local, county depository, which was presented in PET, in particular the Saint John Statue of Nepomuki, which is protected by monuments, which protects the “walkers” in style. I, the undersigned Balázs Tóth Mayor, as representative of the Municipality of Vasvár authorised to make a declaration, hereby declare that the project does not have a foreseeable climate risk.
