Kazincbarcika — Establishment of a cycle path between the municipalities of Vadna

The project is linked to the “Framework available to all eligible persons in the county” on the basis of the funding allocated to the territorial actor development objective. The objectives of the development are to improve the availability of jobs, public institutions, commercial and leisure facilities; Construction of the cycling route between Kazincbarcika and Vadna along Route 26 for safe cycling Developing a regional cycling transport network In order to achieve the goals we plan to build an independent cycle path along Route 26 on the Kazincbarcika-Sajóvánka-Vadna route. The planned development fits into the Kazincbarcika urban cycle road network, and further develops the Grand Area Bicycle Route Network along Route 26 towards Putnok. Along the 26th road you can run along the bike path from Sajószentpéter, which can connect to the existing Barcikai city cycle path network. The planned development connects to the Kazincbarcika Urban Bike Road network through the Attila Road bike path to be built in project TOP-3.1.1-15-BO1-2016-00026. In Kazincbarcika, as a result of the development of the existing and already supported cycle path, which is being implemented, there will be a 10-km cycle path, to which the new road is directly connected. 187 bicycle supports, 1 indoor bicycle storage and 7 information boards have been installed so far in the city. Planned activities: The trail of a new cycle path between Kazincbarcika and Vadna runs next to road No 26, on the south side of the road, on the left side of the road according to the section. The beginning of the planning phase is Kazincbarcika, Tesco roundabout, the junction of Attila Road, the end of Vadna village, the existing pavement of King Matthias street. The properties concerned are located in the internal and outskirts of Kazincbarcika and on the outskirts of Sajóivánka and Vadna. The planning phase runs from gauge 0+ 000.00 km to 4+ 697.30 km. The length of the cycle path is 4697,30 fm. The design speed of the cycle path is v=40 km/h. The horizontal and elevation lines and traffic design comply with the requirements of e-UT 03.04.11:2010 (ÚT 2-1,203) bicycle traffic facilities and the design guide for bicycle traffic facilities e-ÚT 03.04.12. The cycle path is 2.25 m wide with two benches, so it has a crown width of 3.25 m. Designed track structure of the cycle path: 25 cm sandy gravel (freeze protection rtg.), 20 cm FZKA, 4 cm AC11 knitting layer, 3 cm AC8 wear layer, track structure of the cycle path road connection, 25 cm sandy gravel in the case of gate entry (freeze protection vtg.), 20 cm c16 concrete, 4 cm AC11 binding layer, 3 cm AC8 wear layer. The double-sided benches are made of M56 stabilised bench material. According to the planned elevation line, the track is running in filling, ditches, drainage system are only required on short local sections. The drainage of the cycle path shall be independent of the drainage of road 26. The planned bike path crosses the open drainage trench on Attila út (hrsz: 1373/1), an extension of the existing passage is required. The discharge of the sinking well at the ground water level at 1389/2 hrs should be transferred to the planned drainage ditch, so the truncated ditch starting towards Vadna can be eliminated. The paved section of the ditch in front of the ÉRV site is to be moved in a closed system due to the construction of the cycle path. To be built at the crossing of the open ditch 023 and the cycle path. At the bus stop at 21128 j. Sajóivánka access road, the platform and the bus waiting room will be refurbished. The area has a public utility. The replacement or protection of public utilities in the design area is required. Implementation of an awareness-raising campaign: “Bicycle community experience!” is organised 1 time. Occasional road and skill tracks, information tents, bicycle assembly and dressing consulting, regional cycling tours and a music event promoting cycling will be organised at the events. The aim of the programmes is to promote cycling to environmentally friendly, healthy and safe work and school. Road safety elements: In the context of road safety requirements related to cycling, the project was launched in 1988 on road transport. I. tv. It has been planned in accordance with Section 8(1a) taking into account the needs of all operators concerned. Safe transport conditions will be ensured for all road users during planning and implementation. In order to protect the weaker road users, the development and development of safe transport conditions for pedestrian, cycling and public transport modes has been planned in the project. In the case of access roads crossing the cycle path, a sign draws attention to cycling. As the distance between the settlements affected by the cycle path is small, it is likely that pedestrians will also use the cycle path, for which road users will have to pay close attention. Sustainability and equal opportunities: The planned investment does not le...
