The aim of the project is to implement transport development measures in municipalities and between municipalities that create and strengthen the conditions for sustainable transport, which contribute to climate change mitigation, the reduction of CO2 emissions, the development of a viable urban and municipal environment and the achievement of the sustainable development and transport goals of the EU2020 and the National Transport Infrastructure Development Strategy. The project aims to make urban mobility more environmentally sustainable (air pollution, noise) and financially (for operators and road users) and contributes to a direct increase in the value of the TOP Priority Results Indicator 3, both locally and indirectly nationally. The project serves to implement the integrated territorial programmes of the territorial actors adopted by the Government. The project is set out in 3.1.1 below. It includes self-eligible activities: A) b) The establishment of a cycle route between settlements or between settlement centres and urban areas accessible outside urban areas. 3.1.2.1. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own: D) Provision of publicity. e) The implementation of a public awareness-raising campaign for the promotion of compulsory cycling and/or road safety as part of the project under the conditions set out in point 3.4 of the call. 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: (D) Related metier 1. Construction, development and refurbishment of municipal and public roads and bridges, provided that, with the implementation of the investment, the objective of sustainable transport is achieved under the conditions set out in point D) d1) of Chapter 3.4 of the Call. 3. Development of additional infrastructure elements: — Construction, purchase and placement of bicycle supports, bicycle parks, other accessories and B+R bicycle storage, 10. Infrastructure works required to carry out eligible actions (infrastructural elements located below, above and next to roads (e.g.: modernisation of utilities, etc.), construction and reconstruction of rainwater drainage, traffic engineering activities, construction and refurbishment of artefacts, complex site preparation works (demolition, landscaping, remediation, ammunition remediation, archaeology, etc.), execution of the works required by the administrative licence State aid classification of eligible activities: the activities of the project do not fall within the category of State aid. Content assessment criteria: 1.1 Development is in line with the objectives of the call and the development meets and contributes to the objectives set out in the call. The investment will contribute to improving transport conditions for sustainable modes of transport. The measure may include transport development measures that create and enhance the conditions for sustainable transport in and between municipalities that contribute to climate change mitigation, reduction of CO2 emissions and/or the creation of a viable urban and municipal environment: It was fine. 1.2 Investment is carried out through direct or indirect links to economic development and employment and promotes the infrastructure conditions for labour mobility. Complied with: The workplaces in Murakeresztúr can be reached safely by bicycle for workers in Murakeresztúr, thus promoting employment and stimulating the economy. 1.3 The project does not fall under the exclusion grounds listed in the scope of the Call 4.2: It was fine. 1.4 In the case of a priority project, the content of the aid application complies with the territorial selection criteria set out in the relevant Integrated Territorial Programme and approved by the TOP Monitoring Committee and the matching has been presented separately for each selection criterion, and the matching is justified on this basis. The matching was set out in a textual form in the underlying document. The criteria for the territorial selection criteria for a given territorial actor are set out in point 4.4 of the area-specific annexes of this call. Only if the aid application meets all the criteria can be granted. In the case of standard procedures, a non-relevant classification shall be given: 2.1 The project aims to implement the activities listed in point 3.1 Eligible activities of the call.
