The project aims at the complex energy modernisation of building No. 2 of the Mayor’s Office of Nagyatád, thereby significantly reducing the annual energy costs of the building and greenhouse gas emissions. Following the completion of the planned improvements, the building will comply with the requirements of the 7/2006. The nearly zero level requirements of Decree TNM. Energy classification after development: meeting nearly zero energy requirements (BB). Technical content: 3.1.1 (a) modernisation of external boundaries: facade thermal insulation (15 cm graphite EPS), flat roof thermal insulation (22 cm EPS), plastic framed 3-layer thermal insulating glazed windows, aluminium structure 3-layer thermal insulation glazed entrance windows. 3.1.2 (h) heating system upgrade: condensation wall boiler, convector plate sheet radiators with thermostatic radiator valve, new heating distribution network with weather-dependent regulation and time program. 3.1.1.(d) solar system: built-in power of 10,2 kWp and a connection power of 10,0 kVA. 3.1.2 (l) modernisation of the lighting system: LED lighting system with brightness control in the offices, sensors in the road users, with new switches and wiring. 3.1.3 (a) Proportional accessibility of the project. 3.1.3. (c) ensuring mandatory publicity. 3.1.3 (d) training for building users. Consistency with the technical-professional content of the project and the most important requirements for its implementation (according to point 3.2 of the call for proposals): 1) The project complies with the relevant environmental and equal opportunities legislation. 2-23) In public events, communication and behaviour related to development, the applicant undertakes to express a sense of opportunity. 3) The location of the project can be visited by the public, thus helping to raise public awareness. 4-8-10) The energy certificate of the initial state is attached to the project. The technical content of the project is based on the energy certification for post-development status. 5) The project has no foreseeable climate risk. 6) The building which is the subject of the project is an administrative institution. The building is 100 % owned by the municipality and the function of the building is maintained by the municipality during the maintenance period. 19) The building involved in the project does not contain scattered asbestos. 20) The project meets the requirements of the project-proportional accessibility, which is confirmed by the declaration of a specialist rehabilitation engineer. 22) The beneficiary complies with the information and publicity obligations and an independent cost item has been planned for this purpose. 24) The Project Plan and all relevant annexes are attached to the project. 25) The project’s BMR is + 2.20 %, which is between -4 % and 4 %. 26) The total budget of the project is below EUR 1 million, so it is not necessary to carry out a cost-benefit analysis (CBA). 27) During the implementation of the project, a technical inspector is involved and a separate cost item has been planned for this purpose. 28) The project reduces GHG emissions in absolute terms (58,1 tCO2 equivalent). 29) The building involved in the project is subject to the provisions of Article 176/2008. Government Decree (VI.30) and useful floor area above 50 nm. 32) With the ad-take meter to be installed in the solar system to be installed, the amount of renewable energy produced can be measured. 33) The new heating distribution network will be built with weather-dependent regulation and time program. 36-38) The project includes the training of building users, for which an independent cost item has been planned. 39) In the declaration requesting the grant, it undertook to obtain a statement of support from the county government on the alignment with the county SEAP/SECAP by the end of the maintenance period at the latest. 42) The project involves major renovations in accordance with the Decree of the Minister for National Development. 43) The project meets the requirements of Section 6(5) and (6) of the Decree of the Minister for National Development. 45) The existing doors and windows do not meet the requirements of the Decree of the Minister for Transport, so the planned replacement of doors and windows is justified. 46) The construction of the solar system planned under the project will be implemented in combination with the modernisation of external boundaries. 48) The condensation wall boiler to be installed will meet the prescribed combustion requirements. 51) With regard to the solar system, the electricity supply information issued for demand has been attached. 53) With regard to the planned investment, the applicant does not make use of any other EU funding for the 2014-2020 programming period. 57-59) The lighting system was designed with the involvement of a professional designer, a modern, energy-saving LED lighting system with brightness regulator and presence in the road users ...
