The project includes the energy development of 8 municipal buildings: Library: accessibility, window replacement, facade, slab, plinth insulation, boiler change, solar panel system. 25 kVA, Szilády Áron street nursery: accessibility, window replacement, slab, plinth, basement slab, attic roof insulation, waterproofing. Solar system: 5.5 kVA, Upper Town nursery: Solar system 3 kVA, Bóbita nursery: Solar system 5.5 kVA, Bajza street nursery: Solar system 3.7 kVA, City crèche: Solar panel system 5.5 kVA, Ady Endre street nursery: Solar system 5.5 kVA, Town Hall: The most fundamental objective of the project is to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide emitted by the institutions, and to change the specific primary energy consumption of buildings to a level that meets the statutory requirements. The implementation of the planned project will allow the upgrading of the existing infrastructure, no new activities and services will be developed by the project, but the existing services will be available to a higher standard. Technical and technical content of the project: the selected self-eligible activities: call 3.1.1 (a) Energy efficiency-oriented development of municipal buildings through the modernisation of their external boundary structures. d) The development of a small power plant (HMKE) photovoltaic system with a view to meeting its own electricity demand. Call 3.1.2.1. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own: C) Provide publicity d) Development of training material, training, e) Preservation of historic or locally protected value — where relevant, Chapter 3.4 of this notice, based on the conditions for ensuring the preservation of values. Call 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: a) Modernisation, replacement and/or upgrading of related heating and HMV systems, provided that the building does not fall at least 176/2008 in force at the time of publication of the call. (VI. 30.) Government Decree on the certification of the energy performance of buildings under the category “DD — approaching state-of-the-art”. The project was designed to meet the technical and professional requirements of the Call, taking into account the criteria set out therein. The activities planned in the project are based on measurements and suggestions from energy professionals. The project has no climate risk and no negative impact on water status.
