Bugac is a village in Bács-Kiskun county, 40 km from Kecskemét, 19 km from Kiskunfélegyháza, 30 km from Kiskunmajsa. Accessible by car and by long-distance bus. From Kecskemét on main road No. 54, from Kiskunfélegyháza. The basic tasks of the Municipality of the Municipality of Bugac are defined in Act CLXXXIX of 2011 on the basis of which the municipality is responsible, inter alia, for the development of settlements, the management of settlements and the protection of the local environment and nature. The project aims to modernise the energy of several municipal buildings. The building at 10 Peace Street, which hosts the Joint Local Government Office, is free-standing one-storey, uncoordinated, saddle roof. Its construction time is unknown, it was built in several stages since the early 1900s. The building complex of the school at Szabadság tér 15-17, maintained by the Klebersberg Centre, was built in several stages in the 1980s. In addition to the installation of a solar system affecting the Joint Local Government Office, no energy development has taken place in the buildings, dating back to the last 10 years. Buildings currently do not meet the conditions for energy saving: they do not have thermal insulation, heating systems and windows are outdated, energy efficiency indicators are poor, the energy classification of buildings is outdated. The maintenance of buildings entails high energy losses and high costs for the municipality. During the planned development, the facade and slab insulation of buildings, the replacement of doors and windows, the complete modernisation of heating systems, as well as project-proportional accessibility of buildings and replacement of roof coverings containing asbestos in the school building will be achieved. In addition to the above activities, the following ancillary activities will be carried out: — Project preparation: preparation of project plans, technical preparation; — Public procurement; — Technical inspection; — Engineering services related to implementation: certification, rehabilitation engineering services; — Mandatory publicity tasks; — Compulsory training tasks; Project management. The planned investment has no climate risk and is not subject to authorisation. The direct target group of the project is the children using the school, gymnastics room, parents and staff of the institutions, and the indirect target group is the entire population of the municipality affected by the renovation of the joint municipal office. Energy efficiency modernisation reduces the cost of maintaining buildings and reduces specific energy consumption, which also contributes indirectly to sustainable development and the objectives of the call. Main results of the project: • Reducing greenhouse gases: estimated annual reductions of greenhouse gases: 89.93 t CO2/year; • Energy efficiency: Reduction in annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 363 979.91 kWh/year; • Additional capacity of renewable energy production: 23 kWp solar system; • The amount of energy from renewable sources: GJ/year of 41,73; • Reduction in primary energy consumption achieved by energy efficiency improvements: 1 206 GJ/year.
