the aim of the project is to increase the use of renewable energy in Kiskunfélegyháza, which are essential for Member States to meet their energy efficiency obligations under Directive 2012/27/EU and the share of renewable energy under Directive 2009/28/EC. All of these contribute to the achievement of the domestic and EU 2020 targets. The implementation of this solar system project contributes to the achievement of the primary energy savings target set in the National Reform Programme for 2020 and the share of renewable energy set in Hungary’s Renewable Energy Benefit Action Plan by 2020. This project is of major importance both for mitigating the effects of climate change and for the energy dependence of urban areas, since the complex small-scale energy programmes are implemented, which aim at exploiting the regional energy potential, in particular renewable energy sources from within, and achieving autonomous energy supply at individual and Community level. In accordance with the provisions of the call, 100 % municipally owned buildings produce energy from renewable energy sources to meet their own (public) energy needs in a number of buildings that play an important role in the life of the city. The aim of the project is that of Kiskunfélegyháza’s 6 primary and 3 secondary schools (Kiskunfélegyházi József Attila Primary School, Göllesz Viktor Primary School of Kiskunfélegyházi — Uniform Medical Methodology Institute, Kiskunfélegyházi József Attila Primary School — Platán Utcai Member Institution, Batthyány Lajos Primary School and Primary Art School, Kiskunfélegyháza Darvas Primary School, Dózsa György Primary School of Kiskunfélegyházi, Ferenc Móra High School, Szent Benedek High School, Vocational Training School and College — Kiskunfélegyházi PG Member Institution, Kiskunfélegyháza Agricultural and Food Vocational School and College — Meat Industry School) should reduce the electricity costs with solar systems to be installed. This will also indirectly reduce emissions of harmful substances (GHGs). Within the framework of the project, a system of maximum household size per building will be installed, with a planned 314 kW inverter output for the entire project. B) the technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the range of activities selected which are eligible independently and cannot be independently supported. Self-eligible activities: — The development of a small power plant (HMKE) photovoltaic system with a maximum household size constitutes the acquisition and installation of solar panels and their supporting cells to meet the own electricity demand of the project; reinforcement of the relevant load-bearing elements of the roof structure based on a static opinion; the elements (e.g. inverters, bi-directional meters) required to connect to the local electrical system or to the grid will also be included in the project, which are not self-eligible, mandatory activities: — publicity and awareness-raising training after implementation
