The development of SECAP is not relevant because it is already supported in the TOP-3.2.1-15-BO1-2016-00106 project. The applicant undertakes to obtain a statement of support from the county government by no later than the end of the maintenance period that the project is in line with the objectives of the SEAP/SECAP strategy, which the county united together.The project aims at building energy renovation of buildings with an independent energy system and an independent topographic number. The tender is based on an energy-oriented survey and calculations. The implementation sites shall comply with the requirements of point 3 of Chapter 3.4.1.1. of the Call. Declares that the relevant TOP 4.1.1 of the 2014-2020 planning period will not be used for the building energy upgrades to be implemented by the investment; 4.2.1; 1.4.1; grants from calls. The buildings planned to be included in the project comply with the ownership conditions detailed in point 3.6.2 of the call.In the course of the development of the development concept, the project plan was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the methodological guidance referred to in Chapter 8 of the call and attached as an annex. As the project is a project generating total eligible costs of less than EUR 1 million and non-net revenue, only the eligibility and financial sustainability test has been carried out in accordance with the CBA Guidance and the Energy Annex of the Project Plan. Declares that it has taken into account the project’s mitigation and adaptation potential and ensures that the project is resilient to climate change and natural disasters. It was considered whether the implementation or outcome of the project would be endangered by an extreme weather event. As a result of the assessment, it was concluded that the project does not have a foreseeable climate risk. Furthermore, the project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and the energy use has no impact on the ecological status of the project environment, water status and climate change.The call will be presented and detailed in the relevant chapters of the Project Plan to be submitted in the framework of the grant application.
