Energy modernisation of municipal buildings in the village of Vilmány

The project is located in the village of Vilmány, the village of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county in Gönczi district. The aim of the project is to make the operation of public institutions owned by the Municipality of Vilmány more cost-effective using renewable energy sources as part of a complex development programme. The expected primary result of a complex investment is a significant reduction in energy costs. The secondary result is the reduction of indirect greenhouse gases. Another impact is an example for regional communities, encouraging them to be open to new technologies and exploiting the potential of renewable energy sources. And the amount of the overheads saved as a result of the development can be used by the Municipality to create new jobs. As a result of the development, the quality of the institutions can be improved, ensuring that a mini crèche and access to pre-school care and school care can be achieved in Vilmány village by improving the infrastructure quality of the services. As a result, support for the employment of children, thus helping families at an early age in these most disadvantaged areas, can be increased. Technical and technical content of the project: The following eligible activities are included in the planned development: Self-eligible activities — Establishment of a maximum household size (HMKE) photovoltaic system within development elemek:Iskola — kitchen building/42 kW solar panel system, Kindergarten building/9 kW solar panel system, Mayor’s Office building/8 kw system. Activities which cannot be independently supported and carried out on a mandatory basis:- publicity, development of training material and training. The project does not include ineligible activities. Taking into account internal constraints, unit costs shall be as follows: — School-kitchen building — 42 kW-net 450.000.- HUF/kW=net 18.900.000.-Ft — Nursery building — 9 kW-net 450.000.- HUF/kW=net 4.050.000.-Ft — Mayor’s Office building — 8 kw-net 450.000.- HUF/kW=3.600.000.-Ft. The Municipality intends to implement the development on 3 buildings, on the building of the Mayor’s Office (3891 Vilmány, Main Street 149. HSZ.:368/9.), the Primary School and the Kitchen building complex (3891 Vilmány, Fő u. 98. RD: 202.) and on the Kindergarten building (3891 Vilmány, Main Street 133. Hrsz.:357.) Installation of a solar collector system within the framework of the KEOP tender already implemented in previous years on the part of the School building and on the existing Kindergarten building, which ensures the supply of domestic hot water. Further, the Municipality intends to implement the installation of the solar panel system within the framework of this tender. The location of the buildings and the orientation of the roof surface is fully appropriate for the development. The building of the mayor’s office is also suitable for the installation of the system. The Municipality also expands and develops the kindergarten building, which is also owned by the Municipality, using renewable energy. Meeting technical and professional content requirements: During the design and implementation of the project, we prioritised the following expectations, with the aim of ensuring that the results created in the project comply with the requirements. The environmental and equal opportunities legislation relating to the project is fully complied with, and the protected natural and cultural values are preserved in the area affected by the development. In public events related to development, communication and behaviour of the project, we give priority to opportunity awareness: we don‘t mediate segregation, we’re reducing prejudice. The development is aimed at buildings that are visible to the general public, thus promoting awareness-raising and dissemination of technical information and experience. The project’s potential to mitigate and adapt to climate change has been taken into account in the planning process. We declare that the project’s implementation and results are not endangered by extreme weather events, so the project has no foreseeable climate risk. When planning, we also took into account the needs of women, men, the elderly, the disabled and children.
