The purpose of the planned modernisation is the school building located at 1 Kazincbarcika, Herbolyai Road. We plan to implement the complex building energy renovation of the building, which covers: — the retrofitting of facades, roofs and slabs, — the replacement of doors and windows, i.e. all building boundaries between heated and unheated spaces, — the modernisation of the heating system is achieved by designing the controllability of the radiators, installing thermostatic valves, — the existing outdoor and indoor lighting system will be upgraded, — a solar panel system with a capacity of 21 kW will be installed, — barrier-free entrance and accessible toilet will be installed during the implementation of the project. As a result of the implementation of all these project elements, the energy metrics of the building vary as follows: Present status: Planned status: Classification by energy quality: HH BB Specific heat loss factor: 0.700 W/m3K 0.036 W/m3K Total energy feature: 266.83 kWh/m2a 55.83 kWh/m2a Cost of energy purchased: HUF 13.160.400/year 2 651 950 HUF/year, saving: HUF 10.508.450/year The IMR indicator of the project is 1.43 % The individual building structures comply with the thresholds laid down in Decree No 7/2006 (V.24.) of the Minister for Transport. The objective of the project is to ensure the functionality and sustainability of the building and to rationalise the operating costs with sustainability resulting from more efficient energy use and more energy-saving operation. A further objective is to contribute to reducing environmental harm and increasing security of energy supply. The project meets the overall objectives set out in the Call for Proposals on the following points: • Aims to renovate institutions owned by municipal governments to increase energy efficiency, • Contributes to reducing greenhouse gases (GHG) from fossil fuels, • It aims to increase the use of domestic renewable energy sources by installing solar panels, • During the communication of the project, the Municipality strives to encourage and promote the use of renewable energy sources The detailed technical content is detailed in the project plan.
