The purpose of the investment is to supplement and partially replace the existing thermal water (thermal water) base by drilling a new thermal well, and to set up a thermal water service between the new well and the beach to replace fossil fuels used for heating public institutions (schools, kindergartens, offices, etc.) and for the production of hot water. The thermal water is extracted from the new thermal well by a submersible pump and pressed onto a degassing tank from which it reaches a storage tank. From here, pumps pass the water through a heat-insulated pipeline in the ground to various municipal institutions, which in their boiler rooms are to be equipped with thermal sleeper centres. The thermal energy of the thermal water is transferred to the existing heating and domestic hot water production systems using heat exchangers. The cooled thermal water arrives in the area of the beach bath, where it enters a balancing tank. The bath is equipped with charging-cleaning mode. Among the self-eligible activities, the (public) own (public) heating, cooling and electricity demand will be met by geothermal energy. Publicity is ensured for activities that are not self-eligible and are carried out on a mandatory basis. Project A complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation in Chapter 3.2 of the Call and has no impact on climate change. A water-legal construction permit is required for the commencement of construction works. Documentation demonstrating the fulfilment of the conditions shall be attached by the applicant at the latest during the project development for the completion of the milestone for the preparation of the project content and technical. The investment is carried out in urban areas and not in greenfield areas, therefore the preparation of an environmental review is not relevant. Content evaluation criteria The project meets all the content evaluation criteria in points 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 10.1. Area-specific assessment criteria 1. Adaptation to the county spatial development programme and the relevant indicators The intervention of the county regional development programme 4.1.1 is the development of renewable and alternative energy production. According to the intervention, the county has a significant thermal water capacity, and several solutions and methods have been developed for its utilisation. On this basis, there is an intervention-level link between development and the programme. 2. The development will take place in the city of Jászapáti, i.e. in settlements with more than 5000 inhabitants. The project will be implemented in districts to be developed with a complex programme pursuant to Government Decree 290/2014 (XI.26) on the classification of the beneficiary districts 3. Contribution to economic growth The financial savings achieved as a result of development are fully used by the beneficiary to develop the local economy. 4. Contribution to job creation The investment contributes directly to employment growth, as the beneficiary itself undertakes to undertake employment in connection with the operation of the project until the physical closure of the project. The planned development is not linked to the production and processing of the energy carrier and other local development is demanding.
