Construction of a combined health care centre in Bugacon.

The development involved two mixed general practitioners, one mixed dental service and one female protective service. Dr. Gyula Szabó has been providing general medical care No. I of the settlement as an entrepreneur since 1993. The district assistant is Imrene Mészáros. The practice currently caters 1509 people, 1481 bugacies, 28 inhabitants of Bugacpusztaház. From 1995, Medimix-Trio Bt., the doctor responsible for personal care, is Dr. Zsuzsanna Kőváriné Dr. Schrőder. József Harcsa-Pintér performs the assistant duties with a nurse’s professional qualification. The district currently has 1288 people in Bugacon and 241 people in Bugacpusztaháza. The protective woman’s benefit is provided in the framework of a civil servant status by Judit Egriné Kovács. The district has 151 people in Bugacon and 14 people in Bugacpusztaháza. At present, each service is located in a separate building under severely degraded infrastructure conditions. Doors and windows are outdated, buildings allow energy-efficient operation. The institutions do not comply with the current principles of equal opportunities and accessibility legislation. The operation of the four medical care in four different locations leads to additional costs and uneconomic operation for both the municipality and the service providers. The goal of the management is to integrate the health services of the population into a modern, modern building that meets all requirements and requirements. In doing so, creating a service centre that helps each other to create a more efficient health activity and professional base than at present. To this end, by examining several alternatives, applying the principles of cost-effectiveness and practicality, the municipality decided to build a completely new building. This is done in the centre of the settlement, frequented and easily accessible to everyone, in an ideal environment, on the separate building plot number 234/3 obtained by separating the plot under the current topographic number 234/2 of Szabadság tér. The main objective of the project is to integrate basic health care services, which are currently hundreds of metres apart and thus operate in a dispersed way, into a modern, advanced service centre. While making it easier and easier for the population to access the benefits, it creates the ideal conditions for regular preventive and screening tests in the municipality. Such programmes have become increasingly popular in recent years, so the municipality places greater emphasis on their further encouragement. It aims to ensure that people living in extreme poverty, as well as older people with disabilities, regularly participate in preventive care on the ground and save them from travelling. Timely detection and close patient follow-up make it possible to increase the effectiveness of care. The institutions currently hosting the basic benefits concerned are outdated and provide highly amortised conditions. None of the buildings meet the requirements of equal opportunities and their operation is uneconomic due to their energy state. This project creates a dignified environment for both patients and service providers, creating predictable and cost-effective operation. With these measures, it contributes to the reduction of territorial health inequalities in the country (Healthy Hungary 2014-2020 Strategy), overcoming the gaps in the service provided and increasing its quality. The construction of the new building ensures an aesthetic environment not only externally but also internally for patients and healthcare workers, and by expanding the accessibility elements for all disadvantaged stakeholders. In line with the Semmelweis Plan, the energy efficiency measures planned under the project will enable the establishment of a health system that guarantees predictability for both patients, healthcare workers and maintainers, thus creating a more secure, balanced operation and maintenance. They all contribute to maintaining the current healthcare workers, experienced and skilled workers (Healthy Hungary 2014-2020 Strategy). In the course of the project, the separate plot No 234/3, on which a new medical service centre is constructed, will be separated from the plot under land number 234/2 of Szabadság tér. The use of the building for which the benefits are currently granted is set out in point 2.3.4 of this document. An entirely newly built health care centre for the two services of general practitioners, one dental practitioner and a protective woman will be set up as eligible activities in accordance with the size and functional requirements of the premises specified in the regulations.
