1) Objective of the project The aim of the project is to modernise, renovate, refurbish and complex accessibility of the services of kazincbarcika with valid operating licenses and OEP funding, i.e. the on-call care of general practitioners, 7 local dental care and 1 house-children’s practice, the use of renewable energy in order to ensure the economical and modern operation of the building, the establishment of a parking space and an accessible car park for access to the primary health care institution, the reconstruction of the yard, and the necessary 60/2003 for the provision of the services. Implement the procurement of equipment in accordance with Decree No 20 of 20 October 2012 of the Minister for the Interior. Currently, in Kazincbarcika, the building hosting GP on-call services is of extremely poor quality and faces a variety of technical problems. The infrastructure of the health system in the region is unbalanced, the building of the on-call care of general practitioners in poor condition in the settlement and the premises used for the primary dental care in the area are soaked, wet and have an outdated electrical network, so it was necessary to establish the basic services of the appropriate standard. Local residents do not have access to basic medical on-call and dental care of sufficient quality, which does not help to improve the population’s degraded health status, and the health status of residents with adequate health status is reduced. Overall objectives: The aim of the project is to ensure territorial equalisation of access to health services, to strengthen primary care services and to increase their competence, to improve their quality, to reduce regional health opportunities, to ensure equal access to services. Ensuring quality basic health care and thereby increasing the economic potential of residents and reducing emigration, especially among young people. The implementation of the project improves the population retention capacity of the settlement and reduces regional and social disparities. An important objective is to improve the health status of the inhabitants of the settlement, especially in the degraded part of the town affected by the development, to receive quality services, to improve their daily living conditions, and to ensure accessibility to basic care for the population (people with disabilities and people with disabilities) in accordance with the principles of equal opportunities. The project is consistent with the settlement plan and the Integrated Territorial Programme of B-A-Z County, its objectives and priorities, which is presented in the last chapter of this document. It contributes to the achievement of the objectives set out in the Semmelweis Plan and the Healthcare Sector Strategy “Healthy Hungary 2014-2020”, as one of the goals of the strategy is to improve the health care system and the level of preparedness of the medical infrastructure in order to increase effectiveness and technical and allotmental efficiency. To achieve this, the strategy has defined the renovation of primary health care buildings, the improvement of the energy and utilities efficiency and the renewal of the medical equipment park, for which the present development is intended. Specific objectives The direct objective of the project is to modernise and fully accessible the health institution Kazincbarcika, May 1st, 13rd Street, to increase the energy efficiency of the building, purchase medical equipment, improve modern and efficient conditionality and working conditions. Through the implementation of the development, we intend to provide the residents with a high-quality on-call care of general practitioners, general care for pediatricians and basic dental care services close to their home. — Technical and technical content of the project: Self-eligible activities: — As the development of existing practices, the renovation and refurbishment of the building at 3700 Kazincbarcika, M May 1 u. 13, which has a territorial obligation to provide local care, 7 dental clinics, as well as general medical care related to primary care, is not eligible for self-eligible, optional activities: — Purchase of equipment: on-call services for general practitioners, general practitioners and children’s services related to activities, 60/2003.
