The Municipality of Hajdúböszörmény provides the basic social services and basic child welfare services in the settlement by the Social Services Center. The aim of the project is to create a social service center providing integrated services that meets the needs of today in the self-owned II. In the building at 42 Rákóczi Ferenc utca, where by combining the various social services, it is possible to implement them according to efficient institutional and content aspects. The high-quality implementation of various social services will be made possible by the establishment of an appropriate institution. The attached permitting documentation contains Annexes I and II for the renovation and conversion of the building. SECTION I WILL BE IMPLEMENTED UNDER THIS PROJECT. The integrated institution since January 2015 Hajdúböszörmény, II. Rákóczi F. u. It provides 8 types of services at its headquarters at No. 42: Family and Child Welfare Center, Family and Child Welfare Service, home help, meals, home help with signaling system, community care for addicts, Day Care for the Disabled, and Material Care Service. Day Care for the Elderly in Hajdúböszörmény, II. Rákóczi F. u. Provided at 24. Prior to that, the institution operated in 3 different locations in the city, in several properties, in addition to the headquarters. The maintenance costs of the institutions operating at the various sites were significant, placing an additional burden on the municipality, which costs diverted resources from the field of social care. The local social welfare system has more and more tasks, and the number of people in need of social care is increasing in inverse proportion to the narrowing of central and municipal resources. The building of the headquarters providing services needs to be renovated, it does not allow for the proper performance of tasks, its operation is uneconomical; building services, heating and lighting systems are all outdated and can be operated with high maintenance costs. For years, the lack of some basic services, the development of which has so far been hindered by the lack of financial resources, has been a problem - as can be documented in the local social concept and in municipal proposals. INDEPENDENTLY ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES Call for proposals 3.1. According to point 1, the development affects the following services of the Social Services Center: meals, day care (psychiatric, disabled), family and child welfare services / center. Based on point 3.1.1./A of the call for proposals: Within the framework of the tender, it is possible to develop the services by creating a new service (day care for psychiatric patients) and renovating the building that accommodates the services. On the one hand, the conditions for current accommodation could be further improved, with facilities that allow a higher standard of service to be provided, and on the other hand, day care for the psychiatric patient could be introduced as a new service. From 1 January 2016, the Family and Child Welfare Service will provide its services at the municipal level and the Family and Child Welfare Center at the district level within the Social Services Center. As the district center of Hajdúböszörmény, it also performs the functions of the Family and Child Welfare Center in Hajdúdorog. In order to ensure the material conditions of the Center, we will need to create new premises, where in addition to our general service tasks, we will also have to provide new special services (eg street and housing social work, liaison, mediation), legal information and psychological counseling, family counseling, family therapy). The development of the ICT infrastructure and the creation and transformation of the external spaces belonging to the building within the plot boundaries will also be implemented. The property in an otherwise frequented location does not currently have the necessary parking conditions. The Call 3.1.1. Pursuant to point B), the procurement of tools, furniture and equipment, the acquisition of tangible assets related to external spaces and the acquisition of vehicles take place, as by expanding the financial resources it is possible to improve the material conditions of the institution and further improve the working and service conditions. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SELF-SUPPORTING: Within the framework of the development, a parking space and a barrier-free parking space would be developed. During the planned transformations, the conditions necessary for complex barrier-free use will be created, ensuring equal access for all. The Call 3.2.
