a) The purpose of the project is to tackle in a complex way the socio-physical and economic problems of the region, which is a segregated area, in order to promote the social integration of those living in the area. B) The professional and technical content of the project, together with the presentation of the selected self-eligible and non-eligible activities 3.1.1 Self-eligible activities b) In order to create and comfort modern social housings, the following activities may be supported together with energy efficiency improvements for the purpose of modern social housing (including a 100 % owned municipal company) or a non-profit service provider or which is the sole owner of the development: — replacement of facade doors for energy efficiency improvements; — refurbishment and insulation of supporting structural elements, roof, facade, slabs; — refurbishment of heating systems, construction and/or replacement of internal duct systems (water, sewer, electric, gas); — expansion to improve comfort and comfort; — dismantling, relocation, painting and covering of internal walls; — replacement of coverings; — purchase of built-in bathroom sanitary facilities, kitchen sinks and fittings; — purchase of furniture to provide the following functions: living for sleep, storage, learning, meals and technical items — renovation of outbuildings where the use of residential functions is presented; — the construction of missing public utilities within the plot; — installation of public utility meters with card, provided that they are exclusively owned by the municipality (including the 100 % owned municipal company) or by a non-profit service provider. We plan to renovate 3 rental apartments. 3.1.2 Optional activities that are not self-eligible A) Actions serving a Community and social function, targeted to catch up, facilitate integration and develop skills for the population of low social status: B) Establishing, refurbishing, expanding and refurbishing buildings, sub-beds in condominiums, open areas specifically available for the target group; C) development of office space for Roma minority self-governments, family support, social and social workers and related equipment; D) Acquisition of the instruments directly necessary to catch up with the population of low social status and marginalised communities, to facilitate their integration and to develop skills. C) Job promotion function a) Establishing, refurbishing and expanding buildings and premises necessary for economic activities preparing the return of disadvantaged population living in the action area to the world of marginalised community work only, and purchasing the necessary equipment. the establishment of a Community garden within the limits of the action area in so far as it serves the purpose of promoting employment and the crops grown are not intended for sale. D) Other related developments a) In the case of residential and community functions owned exclusively by local government (including 100 % owned municipal company) or by a non-profit service provider or acquired as a result of the development, refurbished residential and community functions: — related manorship; — fence design and refurbishment. Transport and transport safety improvements, in so far as they promote conditions for better access to targeted public services for disadvantaged populations: — refurbishment and construction of pavements, pedestrian bridges, works of art exclusively suitable for walking and cycling; 3.1.3 Compulsory activities that are not self-eligible (a) Energy efficiency measures; accessibility; D) Providing publicity; points (c), (d), (e) are explained in the preparatory study because of the character limitation. Technical results: 3 social housing units are being renovated and community houses are being built.
