The aim of our project is to address in a complex way the social physical and economic problems that are concentrated in the neighbourhoods at risk of severance or secession in order to promote the social integration of those living in the area. The interventions are based on the removal from the affected districts, the call 3.1.1. As referred to in point II/b. The aim of our application is to increase the chances of integration of families with disadvantages, as well as of young people, by means of improvements that compensate for their disadvantages, reduce their deviances, help them to acquire appropriate social patterns in their preparation for the world of work and strengthen their participation in society. The part of the town affected by the development, the area of the action area No 8 South Lucernás, as a social urban regeneration action area, includes segregation No. 2, which will be the target area of the interventions, both in the TOP-5.2.1-15 and the TOP-4.3.1-16. The purpose of the project The analysis of the situation based on the 2011 census data provided by the HCSO and the assessment of the needs of the population of the action area clearly shows that Hajdúböszörmény, based on the realistic situation, designated the South-Lucernás district and the segregation no. 2 containing it as the action area of the two schemes concerned. Activities carried out during the project: 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities to strengthen residential functions: II. In addition to the segregated/segregated area, the following may also be supported: B) In the intervention site(s): Residential (including 100 % owned municipal company) or non-profit service providers, which function as social housing as a result of the development, and the related buildings: — purchase, construction, comfort and modernisation (including the use of renewable energy, refurbishment, — purchase of furniture to provide the following functions: in the case of sleeping, storage, learning, meals and, in the case of technical items, equipment suitable for cooking, frying, cooling and cleaning of foodstuffs. 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: A) Activities serving a Community and social function, targeted to catch up, facilitate integration and skills development of the population of low social status in the field of action: a) Establishing and refurbishing social blocks for transitional purposes, and purchasing equipment necessary to ensure the function; B) Acquisition, construction, modernisation (including the use of renewable energy), renovation, extension, conversion and related equipment acquisition of buildings, sub-beds in condominiums, open spaces specifically available for the target group; Employment promotion function: the establishment of a Community garden within the limits of the action area in so far as it serves the purpose of promoting employment and the crops grown are not intended for sale. D) Other related developments in the action area: in the case of residential and community functions affected by renovation: construction and refurbishment of fences. b) Elimination of illegal landfills in the action area. d) Transport and road safety improvements, if they promote conditions for better access to targeted public services for disadvantaged populations: — refurbishment of pavements — renovation of the road network e) Establishment of state-of-the-art, energy-saving public lighting, electrical network and telecommunications overhead line below orderly terrain level, owned by or into ownership. 3.1.2.1. Mandatory, ineligible activities shall be carried out by the Municipality. The action areas planned in the project meet the eligibility criteria and the project aims to rehabilitate the segregated area. The project preparation study was attached to the grant application, in which the process, method of preparing the needs assessment, the social problems of the action area and the planned activities were presented. Based on the project preparation study, the development needs and the planned programme are well founded. The programme includes a number of synergy activities to achieve the objectives of the Situational Analysis. The following activities are carried out: Móra Ferenc utca 39-41-43 9 flats, Bólyai János u. 3-5-25 (17pcs), renovation and expansion of social housing units at Martinovics u. 37 for comfort purposes.
