Promoting the quality of life of people living in a segregated living environment in Jászapáti’s segregated living environment APPLICATION AND INFRASTRUKTURAL DEVELOPMENTS_x000D_ _x000D_

The project involves the complex development of Timisoara segregation. Within the self-eligible activities referred to in point 3.1.1 of the Call, the provision of one of the activities to strengthen the residential function is provided for residential housing and related residential housing and related outbuildings: — purchase, — construction, — comfort and modernisation activities are carried out. Among the mandatory activities to be carried out under point 3.1.2.1 of the Call, which are not eligible independently, energy efficiency improvements and accessibility in line with the requirements of the project’s buildings (construction, renovation, extension) will be implemented as part of the project’s energy efficiency improvements and accessibility, as well as the provision of publicity on the basis of the Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations document. Among the optional, ineligible activities, the construction of a mobile container for civil guards and the modernisation of a building that can be used for community purposes will be carried out. Among the other related developments, the following activities will be implemented: The development of a playground for transport and transport safety improvements in the waste water drainage system will be refurbished activities. The activities ineligible under the project will not be implemented. During the preparation of the activities, the requirements of Chapter 3.4 have been taken into account and therefore the project complies with all the relevant specifications. The results of the project are maintained from the municipal budget and the operation is not expected to generate significant additional costs, so long-term sustainability is ensured. Content assessment criteria: the planned project will improve the living conditions of disadvantaged populations. The project is in line with the purpose of the Call. The subject of the grant application does not fall under the exclusion grounds set out in point 4.2 of the Call and in the document entitled ‘GIP’. Alignment with the Integrated Urban Development Strategy, Anti-Segregation Programme, Local Equal Opportunities Programme is ensured The action area is eligible for support and the development centre is segregated/vulnerable by segregation/segregation, the entire area of which is included in the demarcated action area. The Preparatory Project Study (PET) has been completed, is attached and contains information that can be evaluated. The project is aimed at the development of segregation The project only applies for eligible activities as defined in point 3.1 of this Call. The process of preparing the needs assessment was presented, in accordance with the methodology, and the documentation (sample questionnaire, reminders, minutes) on which the survey was based has been fully attached. The needs assessment reveals the physical, social and economic problems of the action area. The needs assessment supports the specific objectives of the action area with the data and information used. The target group of the needs assessment is appropriately narrowed, in line with the interventions The activities planned in the project have been presented. The planned activities respond to the problems identified in the analysis of the situation. Except for the residential function, all planned physical program elements shall be implemented in the designated action area. The content and timing of the planned milestones within the action area is realistic. In the presentation of the development concept, consideration was given to what real risk factors threaten the realisation of the development, how likely they could occur, what impact on the development, the potential beneficiary proposes to avoid the risk factors. The applicant has planned and presented the related ESF programme for the social catch-up of the action area submitted for the TOP-5.2.1 scheme (with its content and the total cost of the planned project). The envelopes foreseen in this scheme and in the TOP-5.2.1 scheme comply with the thresholds set out in point 3.4.1.1 of the call. Residential activities are planned for a minimum of 30 % of the total cost of the project. The planned project contributes to the retention of the population through the social and physical integration of the low-status population. The synergy of both the present and the TOP-5.2.1 project has been demonstrated and the timetable of the activities meets the requirements set out in point 3.4.1.1 of the Call.
