The realisation of the objectives of the project, the division of tasks according to time and execution, the professional and communication activities to be carried out in particular, the details of the tasks and activities of the consortium partners, the Pact Office and the project management organisation are set out in the attached technical plan and the feasibility study. The planned activities of the Jászberény Employment Pact support the improvement of the employment situation at district level, the preservation of existing jobs and the creation of new jobs, based on regional economic conditions and special needs. For the district, it is of utmost importance to stop emigration and maintain the current employment level.The aim of establishing and operating the Pact is to strengthen the potential of the labour market and employment in the region. To this end, it is appropriate to involve all relevant actors concerned in the organisation of the Employment Pact.In the labour market activities of the planned programme, disadvantaged persons seeking employment and inactive persons wishing to work in 9 municipalities in the area of Jászberényi district may be included, who have an address in Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County.The employment-related data in the district show anomalies: large firms have a large number of employees, while in certain settlements, due to the high Roma population and the over-representation of those with low educational attainment, we can find a negative labour market situation. In the present project, the organisation of the Jászberény City Municipality (consortium leader), the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok Government Office Jászberényi Járás Centre and the “Head!” Foundation is the organisation that is considered to be involved in the implementation of the project, as stated in the grant application. The consortium leader is responsible and responsible for ensuring the implementation and coordination of the project, as well as ensuring the implementation of the project management activity. Its task is to establish and operate the Pact Office, to organise and coordinate forums, and to coordinate cooperation. The Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Government Office provides labour market instruments and wage subsidies to the target group and ensures that they are properly accounted for. The Government Office is also responsible for coordinating training for the target group. The “Place!” Foundation will be involved in the provision of labour market services. In Jászberény district, 282 people participate in labour market programmes under the planned Employment Pact; The number of job recipients under the Employment Pact is planned to be 170, and out of the project, the number of people employed six months after the grant is expected to be at least 83. At least 48 people will be trained to this end. In the course of the project, the main goal is to prepare the employment strategy of the district, to develop a well-functioning and operational pact organisation, to develop viable project plans to support economic development and revitalisation and to respond to real local problems, to develop marketable training, placement, integration or reintegration of the target group into the labour market. The project described in the present grant application has a significant impact on the participants, i.e. the members of the direct and indirect group of developments and the circle of stakeholders.
