Employment Pact of Kiskunfélegyháza and Kiskunmajsai districts

In line with the objectives of this call, four organisations aim to improve the employment and economic situation of the districts of Kiskunfélegyháza and Kiskunmajsai in the form of a consortium. A member of the consortium led by the Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza, the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association, the Kiskunmajsai Multipurpose Association and the Bács-Kiskun County Government Office. Local employment cooperation in the two districts in cooperation will work with all districts’ objectives and activities and will provide a framework for local employment and economic development initiatives, ensuring coordination and monitoring. Contribute to meeting the needs of the workforce for enterprise development of regional importance. Thanks to the planned activities, indicators on the employment situation in the districts are expected to improve according to the following quantifiable results: The number of jobseekers under the Employment Pact is 149 (PR25). The number of participants in the labour market programmes under the Employment Pacts is 271 (PO25) to ensure a contribution to Bács-Kiskun County’s ITP result indicator. The number of jobseekers under the Employment Pact is 30 (PR26) six months after the grant. Beneficiaries of the project’s results: disadvantaged people, inactive and enterprises operating in the district. The implementation of the project and its results will be supported by the planned involvement of interested organisations (local businesses, training institutions, chambers, NGOs, interest representatives) covering the main sectors in the system. The main activities and results of the project are explained in detail in the indicator table and in the setting of milestones for the uploaded costs. Within the framework of the project, the Pact Office and the Management Organisation will be established. The Pact Management Organisation will consist of a full-time coordinator meeting the requirements of the call and will be responsible for the successful operational operation of the Pact Organisation. Publicity and project management tasks are also among the main tasks, which will be provided by the leading Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza. The project management organisation is provided by the consortium leader, the Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza (1 project manager and 1 financial manager). The preparation tasks will be carried out jointly by the Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza and the Kiskunmajsai Multipurpose Small Area Association (feasibility and other background studies, needs assessment, preliminary needs assessment, analysis of target groups, market research, situation exploration, workshops, etc.), while the Bács-Kiskun County Government Office and the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association will be responsible for carrying out activities related to labour market programmes, training and employment for the target group. The district pact will operate fully in line with the territorial delimitation and activities defined by the Municipality of Bács-Kiskun County in the framework of call TOP-55.1-15. The employment pact as defined in the grant application will be the districts of Kiskunfélegyháza and Kiskunmajsai, and there will be no overlap with other local pact areas. The main objective of the district pact is the employment of jobseekers registered by the BKMKH. Developing the self-organising, self-care and cooperation skills of the Bács-Kiskun 2020 regional development programme is a priority, as it contributes to the following objectives of the priority: it reduces territorial disparities that persist in economic development and recurring problems in less favoured areas and contributes to the wide expansion of services, creating a life situation that helps the population stay local. The Kiskunmajsai is to be developed, while the Kiskunfélegyháza beneficiary is a district within the meaning of Government Decree No 290/2014 (XI.26) Project No 105/2015. According to Government Decree (IV.23.), it takes place in a municipality that benefits from social-economic and infrastructural aspects or is suffering from significant unemployment, and several municipalities fulfil the criteria in the two districts concerned (Kömpöc, Pálmonostora). According to Chapter 4.2 of the Bács-Kiskun2020 ITP, several settlements affected by a number of pacts are also considered as settlements in Sandhátság (Kiskunfélegyháza, Bugacpusztaháza, Bugac, Szank, Móricga, Jászszentlászló, Kiskunmajsa, Kömpöc, Csólyospálos, Petőfiszállás, Pálmonostora), in addition, several settlements (the whole district of Kiskunmajsai) belong to the free business zone (Csólyospálos, Jászszentlászló, Kiskunmajsa, Kömpöc, Móricgat, Szank).
