Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza" Complex settlement program Kiskunfélegyháza Town Alpári út 1. With the support of the European Social Fund, the European Social Fund implemented a two-year project, which ended on 31 October 2015, in order to bring people living in extreme poverty into society and integrate them into society. During the project, social, community, health, training and employment areas were implemented in a complementary and supportive way, promoting social convergence of people living in settlement-like environments. In the course of the project, on the ground floor of Alpári út 1/B, a space with the name “Csillag Service Point” was created on the ground floor of the building with 2 vacant local government apartments. On the floor, using its own resources, the municipality has established an office for the Roma Nationality Municipality in our city. Building on the experience gained during the project and learning from the shortcomings and public feedback, the Municipality of Kiskunfélegyháza “New Star is born” — Complex environmental and health promotion programme in Kiskunfélegyháza intends to submit a grant application for the call TOP-5.2.1-15. The millions spent to catch up and develop segregation and the people living there will not make a significant difference in the integration of the people living there if the population of the city cannot be addressed by the planned developments in the action area. With the involvement of the former sports facility on the other side of the segregation of the segregation watercourse on the other side of the development, we set ourselves a twofold goal: On the one hand, the architectural renewal of an area with buildings considered to be life-threatening and demolition, and, on the other hand, the integration of services and programmes based on the developments there, together with segregation, into the city’s blood circulation. In the area of the former sports field, we plan to develop a sports and leisure park in accordance with the needs of the present time and the objectives of the project. The Sportpark has several functions. On the one hand, it protects other public areas of the city from amortisation and, on the other hand, it provides an opportunity for inactive young people who have not reached the previous programme to spend their free time usefully and to choose to move instead of self- and environmental destruction. Because of their low costs, these sports are also affordable for poorer sections of society. One way to stop segregation is the meeting of Roma and non-Roma people who visit the programmes, and their joint leisure programmes. The project activities include social, community, health, training and employment areas, helping to improve the housing conditions and social convergence of people living in settlement-like environments. The soundness of the activities to be undertaken in the application is supported by an intervention plan based on individual circumstances and needs, which was supported by a needs assessment to identify the needs and needs of those living in segregated living environments. The aim of the project is to help people living in extreme poverty to catch up, in line with the local equal opportunities plan. The specific objectives cover the four most important areas to narrow the gap between residents: improving the living environment, improving health, education and reducing employment opportunities and opportunities.
