Together in Kiskunhalas

The Municipality of Kiskunhalas wishes to submit the tender titled “Together for each other in Kiskunhalas” in a consortium with the Social Service Centre of the Halasi Multipurpose Minor Regional Association for the call for “Complex programmes at local level to strengthen social cooperation”. In connection with the project, a tender will be submitted for TOP-4.3.1-15 “Regeneration of decayed urban areas” for the same action area. the overall objective of the project is to: Ensure better living opportunities and individual and community integration of the population living in segregates in Kiskunhalas. 4 specific objectives contribute to achieving this overarching objective, namely: 1. Strengthening social cooperation through community development, strengthening social inclusion and extending individual community social services 2. Creating the conditions for a healthy life by strengthening health awareness and ensuring access to services 3. Raising the standard of living of disadvantaged families by improving employability 4. Preventing and overcoming factors that emerge in childhood and early childhood, especially for social groups that are lagging behind b) PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS One of the main aspects of the preparation of the application is that the selected activities are based as much as possible on the results of the needs assessment. Accordingly, the programmes cover a wide range of optional activities that can be implemented under the call, which are eligible independently and cannot be independently supported. Self-eligible activities: A) Cooperation with a view to creating the conditions for social integration at community and individual level a) Community development programmes (including faith-related programmes) This proposal contains a number of programmes aimed at community development, such as the elements of the Active, Environmental Consciousness, Creative and Mobilis Community blocks, the summer day-care camp. Bible School appears as a faith-based program. These programmes strengthen the cohesiveness of the people in the action area and help to exploit the potential of a strong community both in the implementation of other programmes of the application and in other interventions. D) programmes accepting the planned developments The experience shows that the success of software development depends largely on the involvement of the target group members in the programmes. They prefer to take ownership of the development if they have more information and can even shape it with their opinions. The Day of Minorities and Prosperity — Dance House and photo exhibition provide an opportunity to communicate the objectives, activities and results of the project towards the target group. B) Continuous social work a) financial, family and life counselling, debt management counselling service The organisation of a Film Club in total 12 times, where the films seen in thematic films (drugs, diversity, family conflict, justice, society, finance, etc.) are discussed and processed by the participants in the form of group counseling, with the help of psychologists, social professionals and other professionals. B) identification of problems, preparation, implementation and continuous review of individual development plans with 240 participants every 3 months, consulting along the preparation and implementation of the individual development plan, as follows: • To assess the needs and status of the target group, to what extent they possess the necessary basic skills such as writing, comprehensible reading, basic mathematical knowledge, basic social knowledge, administration, lifestyle. • Encouraging participants to achieve higher qualifications and lack of basic competences. • Assessment and recognition of individual non-formal competences. • Individual counselling for debt management, family financial management, personal hygiene. D) Supervision of social workers The organisation of a group supervision led by a trained professional every three months during the period of implementation with anti-burning training for professionals involved in the preparation of individual development plans. C) Strengthening the promotion of employment: a) programmes for integration into the labour market, development and development of the ability to earn an independent income (excluding employment programmes) The aim of these elements is to improve their chances of integration into the labour market by raising the educational level of the target group. With 24 participants, adult education aimed at completing the 7-8th grades of primary school will be carried out under the project, and a further 24 will involve formworking and painting-painting training courses. the costs of implementing programmes to promote employment in Community gardens and the costs of the necessary purchase of equipment, provided that the crops grown are intended solely for the purpose of employment, and
