The aim of the project is to promote social integration at community and individual level for those living in urban areas that are lagging and vulnerable to break-off. As a result of the activities, the life opportunities of disadvantaged people are improved, programmes providing employment, social integration, community development, education, school catch-up, family assistance, child welfare services, life coaching and individual development become available. Within the framework of the application, we plan to implement programmes aimed at improving social integration and community development. The aim of our application is to increase the chances of integration of families with disadvantages, as well as young people, through preventive programmes that compensate for their disadvantages, reduce their deviances, help them to acquire appropriate social patterns in their preparation for the world of work and strengthen their participation in society. The most important benefits of integration are that it conveys positive behaviour, teaches other forms of cooperation, strengthens self-awareness and self-esteem in the child. Moral values are formed: tolerance, empathy, helpfulness, and development of adaptability. This makes the child more striving to develop his abilities and develops a more realistic self-esteem. Social inclusion programmes, continuous social work and employment programmes for community development are prominent among the activities that can be independently supported. In addition, we plan programmes in all programme groups (development, education, health promotion, early childhood, non-formal education; access to services; prevention of crime, programmes to improve public security) including continuous, periodic, ad hoc programmes and larger-sharp events. We plan to purchase materials and equipment for our programs, which are necessary for the implementation of the program. We also provide non-eligible, mandatory programmes, so we provide the public, community development programs and mentoring. During the implementation process, we plan a citizens’ forum even before the infrastructural development starts. All of our events, programs and events reflect environmental awareness and chance awareness and involve other people up to 25 % of the target group. The main location is the action area itself, if a programme is implemented in a different location, the target group will be able to reach it. The activities of the project to be implemented are designed to respond to the needs of the population and the institutional network, build on the existing resources of the services, institutions and residents in the action area, keeping in mind sustainability, as we intend to continue some of the activities, e.g. improving access to services, community actions, even after completion of the project. The eligibility of the action area is confirmed by the 2011 census data provided by the HCSO as an annex to the Preparatory Project Study and the segregation map based on the data. After the proper designation of the action area, the southern Lucerne district was included. We involve people living in segregates in the implementation of our planned activities. We organise trainings for the “left” layer, we organise sessions, we involve them in the various programmes, helping them to reintegrate and integrate. Territorial objectives include strengthening social inclusion and social security, including halting the segregation of areas affected by segregation and promoting convergence from a housing, social and economic perspective.
