The present grant application of the Consortium led by the Jászberény Municipality concerns the “Indicative allocation for the cities of Jászberényi, Mezőtúri, Szolnoki and Tiszafüred districts” among the separate development objectives/resource allocations set out in point 1.2 of the Area-specific Annex to the Call. We would like to continue the work already started on the target areas of the former TÁMOP 5.3.6 Complex settlement program, based on the results achieved and using the experience gained to further the development of the community living in the action areas. The two main locations of the project are the segregation of the Wood School Street and the 3-4th vineyard of Nesz Filter. We have the necessary infrastructure in both places to carry out the activities of the program. There is a service house in the Fall School, which can accommodate most events and programs, and in the area of Nesz Filter is a Service point where we can also provide continuous social work. We would like to prepare the infrastructure investments of TOP 4.3.1 “Regeneration of decayed urban areas” in accordance with the programme, which will fundamentally change the segregation of the nursery street and to close the infrastructural gaps. Within the framework of the programme, we want to create affordable social housing that is fully comfortable and makes it possible to solve housing poverty and coexistence of many generations in the area. However, in order to achieve the above objectives and to ensure that the results of the planned development are sustainable in the long term, intensive social work with the community is essential. People living in the settlement need to be prepared for changes and adaptations to new living conditions, accompanied by investments. This is not only about the proper use of a refurbished and new functional environment, but people should also be able to make the most of its potential. In order to finance the higher maintenance costs of changing housing conditions, subsidies to guarantee better living conditions include the development of the necessary basic competences for the purpose of increasing employment. We want to provide services that are not available or limited to the community living in the settlements. Through these, we would like to pay special attention to the most serious problems affecting settlements, which have a further spill-over effect on the majority society and the wider environment. We place great emphasis on promoting healthy lifestyles, emphasising the importance of healthy lifestyles and emphasising the preventive role of planned activities. The state of health has a major impact not only on life expectancy but also on the economic activity of the target group. The everyday life of those living in the area is greatly influenced by the surrounding environment, so no matter what influences they have every day, how those living there think about themselves, their situation, their place in society, their role in society. With our complex project, we strive to provide adequate answers to the above objectives. The skills development of the population living in the action area is essential in order to achieve employment and later economic activity. It is important to start processes that have a decisive impact on the lives of members of the community. The activities carried out contribute to the development of a liveable community capable of organising themselves and working together. Awareness-raising and awareness-raising programmes contribute to improving the self-organising capacity of the community and their social integration. This is essential to achieve complex social and economic development goals. The strengthened institutional relations created during the development contribute to a better functioning, coordinated, complex, social care system operation. The long-term goal for the target group members living in Nesz Filter in the outskirts of the project is to reshape the area currently operating as a game farm. The 420 ha area is essentially equipped with mg, with a large amount of unexploited resources. The possibilities of moving to an urban environment should be explored for those who are able or able to catch up with society there. As many of the people involved as possible should be able to support social work tools to improve their basic competences and develop a higher level of self-sufficiency. Understanding the underlying needs and problems is essential to define the objectives of the programme for complex community development. This can be done by the problem tree, which sorts out the weaknesses of the segregation into a logical, causal relationship based on the surveys that have taken place. The logical relationship between weaknesses manifested in a central problem
