The aim of the project is to: Overall objective: 1. Integration of Cinevég and its population into the city’s bloodstream 2. Improving quality of life in order to improve the city’s complex development Specific goals: 1. Developing labour market participation 2. Strengthening the cohesion of the local community 3. Dissemination of positive samples Project activities: Cooperation with a view to creating the conditions for social integration at Community and individual level: a) Community development programmes (including faith-related programmes); B) the involvement of the population concerned, the integration programmes and actions; C) programmes for the social integration of the population of the action area; D) programmes adopting the planned developments; B) Continuous social work: a) financial, family and life management counselling services, debt management consultancy services; B) identification of problems, preparation, implementation and continuous review of individual development plans; C) Social workers’ assistance activities in line with the objectives of the call C) Effective work to promote employment: a) programmes for integration into the labour market, development and development of the capacity to earn income independently (excluding employment programmes); D) Effective development and development of education outside early childhood, childhood and formal education: a) extension and expansion of family and child welfare services on the spot, as well as the development of social and child welfare services beyond the mandatory municipal tasks; B) complementary education and skills development programmes to help children catch up at school. E) Strengthening the development of health: a) Health programmes (including prevention and mental health programmes) F) Improving access to services b) Legal advice, debt management advice, facilitation and assistance in agreements with municipalities on tenant assignment; 3.1.3 Compulsory activities that are not self-eligible, a) publicity; B) implementation of a community development programme 3.2. The technical-professional content of the project and the implementation requirements 1. The project is in line with the relevant Integrated Territorial Programme. 2. The action area covered by the grant application is included in the City’s Integrated Urban Development Strategy (ITS). 3. We provide the rehabilitation of a segregated area within the framework of the project. 4. The activities are carried out for the target group living in the action area, physically in the first year outside the action area and then in the community house in the action area. 5. The programmes also involve non-target members in the context of the target group and in the interests of integration. 6. The programme is in line with the City’s Integrated Urban Development Strategy, including its Anti-Segregation Programme and the Local Equal Opportunities Programme. 7. The Project Preparation Study, in accordance with the guidelines contained in the annexes to the call, has been prepared and submitted for the grant application, which reveals the physical, social and economic problems of the action area, identifies the target groups of the development, presents their needs and supports the programme presented in the grant application. 8. In the case of the project development, together with the local partners (local self-government, social, child welfare and family support service, relevant educational and cultural institutions, the protective woman and general practitioners’ staff, the employment department involved in the performance of the tasks of the local government office, local civil society organisations, national minority authorities, etc.) and the population living in the affected action area, the Community Intervention Plan (KBT) takes into account the specificities of the given site. 9. The complex programmes have been designed and implemented in an integrated way with the involvement of the stakeholders (the population living in the action area) and in partnership with all relevant organisations (public institutions, civil and ecclesiastical organisations): During the project development phase, we prepare a Community Intervention Plan (KBT) in accordance with the content guidelines. We will set up a so-called ‘Support Group’ with the participation of the actors supporting the project and its implementation, whose members are closely involved in the preparation and support and complement the implementation. The establishment, scope and operation of the support team are properly documented. (Protocols, agreements, statements of support based on KBT guidelines.) 10. Social workers in the field participate in central methodological training under the EFOP. 11. For persons with social work in accordance with Article 15/1998.
