The application for a grant entitled ‘Community development of the Kisdobsza area to strengthen local identity’ is carried out in a consortium of 9 municipalities. The municipalities involved are: — Municipality of Baranya County — Municipality of Twoújfalu — Municipality of Kisdobsza — Municipality of Bürüs — Municipality of Molvány — Municipality of Nemeske Municipality — Municipality of Merenye — Municipality of Pettend — Municipality of Tótszentgyörgy The primary objective of the project is to realise the development of the community, to promote membership of the local community and society. The project is aligned with the ultimate goal set out in the Methodological Guide, i.e. that everyone should belong somewhere and with someone, live in community and social embedding, have the chance to improve their own living conditions and be able to participate in joint action towards positive change. The main objective of the project is the development of local communities. The action involves the implementation of community development processes and community-participating planning practices, recreational, crime prevention, public safety and road safety programmes, strengthening community-based local identity. The aim of the development is in line with the Local Equal Opportunities Programme of the settlements, it fits with the goals set out in the county ITP. The project consists of the following elements and activities: A) Initiation and implementation of Community development processes for self-eligible activities 1. Survey and planning with the participation of the Communities Community survey (1 piece), public interviews (30), community interviews, community planning workshops (6 sessions). Development of a local action plan. 2. To explore the history of its community activities and to make it available to the public in the form of a publication. 3. Implementation of community actions, activities, events, programmes and processes Neighborhood and Traditional events and community locality exhibitions (2 times per settlement), 1 event tent per settlement, 7 tables and beer benches set, as well as billboards, columns and shelves. The cost of materials for learners, production of printed newspapers (200 pcs) and public forums were also planned for professional staff salaries, contributions and travel expenses. 4. Overview and renewal of the Local Equal Opportunities Plan, Public Education Decree and other strategic documents in the public forums, with the help of a professional colleague. 5. Development of a community information point informing about the community development process is a collection of information in the form of an Information Point in the form of publications, as well as the acquisition of the necessary tools (laptop, projector, canvas, table, chair) for the operation of the information point. 6. Ensuring the professional quality of the community development process The cost of training and travel of 1 of the local residents, members of the representative body, members of public education institutions and community development animators. B) Optional, ineligible activities 1. Organise programmes to prevent crime and improve public security during the implementation period of the project. In the course of our crime prevention programme, we would like to give workshops and lectures on several topics: — organisation of an interactive player exhibition to help acquire basic legal information, recording the emergency number. — using a mobile crime prevention bus, responding to specific cases on the spot. — description of possible protection mechanisms. How do we protect our property? — playful tasks in which juveniles and adults learn unnoticed. — presentation on victimisation: It’s not your fault. (e.g. domestic violence) — do not let yourself be intimidated!- performance and video screening. 2. Road safety programmes organise transport safety programmes during the implementation period of the project. In our road safety programme, we aim to: — projection of video clips — creation of interactive signposts, — Highway fishing — spatial puzzle — skill tasks — wheel of fortune game — photography with “OBB Marci” — acquisition of police arm markings — Field exercise aimed at raising awareness of pedestrians and cyclists — Night bike tour — Event entitled “drivers on bicycles” — Construction of a transport ground table due to lack of Characteristics, the presentation of the detailed professional content of the development is attached as a separate document.
