In the framework of the project, community interviews are carried out in the entire administrative area of the consortium, community interviews take place in each municipality 2 times, a Community survey is carried out in the entire area of the consortium, resulting in a local action plan with the involvement of civil forces and volunteers by the 6th month of the project. In each settlement, the local public will be developed, and the local participation forums will be held 4 times in the first year, 2nd and 2 times in the second and third years after the completion of the local action plan. An information point is set up everywhere. (Call 3.1.1 4 and 5) In the framework of the project, we employ 2 people during the first 36 months of the project, 1 professional leader, 1 main community developer, as well as 1 volunteer community developer, who will perform the task throughout the project, thus ensuring the transition between the funded community development process and the self-propelled communities. The 120-hour community development training of 3 colleagues is funded within the framework of the project.
