The consortium, led by the consortium of Jászapáti Municipality, Jászkisér and Jászladány on the one hand, and Jászkisér and Jászladány on the other hand, and thirdly, in Alattyán, Jánoshida and Jászalsószentgyörgy, will be implemented in 3 target areas in the municipalities of Jászapáti, Jászszentandrás, Jászszentandrás, Jászkisér and Jászladány. In accordance with the call, the members of the consortium have joint offices in bordering municipalities and Jászivány and Jászszentandrás. At the planning stage of the project, taking into account the problems identified in the various Local Equal Opportunities Programmes, we identified local community and economic problems and, as a result of the preliminary target group analysis and needs assessment, three local action plans are prepared in the three target areas. The Community actions, events and programmes to be implemented in the project were developed thematically and in line with other objectives such as TOP-5.2.1, TOP-3.1.1 and existing ITS. As a bottom-up initiative, we have received support from two local institutions in order to develop community development processes and effective partnership cooperation in line with the call. In the village of Jászapáti, the library and the cultural house, as well as Jasapáti, received the support proposal of our city Foundation. Our goal is to start processes to strengthen local identity and to participate in leisure, public safety and training programmes based on community participation. During the preparation we involved the mobile inhabitants of our settlements, surveyed the communities (through community interviews and round table discussion), from which we developed our development needs. We implement the mandatory (A1-A6) activities according to the Call 3.1: A1 Local Action Plan, Community Interviews;A2 Exploration of Community Activities; A3 Community actions (neighbourhood, local history exhibitions, online forums) every quarter 1 new/municipality; every six months 1 new program at project level (local intangible heritage, local history, database, local intangible heritage, theatre, music performances with amateur actors, traditional groups, roundtables). Review of A4 HEPs; A5 Establishment of a Community Information Point informing about the community development process A6 Providing the professional quality of the community development process, training (one from community development institutions and the professional manager of the project receives a community development qualification within 3 years from the start of the project. It’s a study trip. We implement information communication accessibility and the provision of publicity on a mandatory basis, which cannot be supported on its own. In order to facilitate social convergence, the proportion of the population to be involved in community activities in the municipalities concerned by the project, the involvement of the population above 20 % (21 %). With regard to the justification of our costs, we designed the necessary tools for the implementation of the programmes, the elements of activity to be implemented and the salaries of the staff for internal implementation, as shown in the costs, in a cost-effective and sustainable way. In response to real problems, our project aims to solve local needs, fits with the objectives of the relevant measure of the TOP, has optimal technical and professional content and complies with the support rules. In the course of the action plan and implementation, we will take into account the methodological guidance of the priority project EFOP-1.3,1-15, so-called communities in action — active community engagement, and implement the entire community development process contained therein. As part of this, we can offer one person training free of charge from each settlement. Our project management and professional manager have several years of professional experience and are committed to implementing community development processes. For the maintenance period, we undertake to make available to the target group for 3 years the materials presenting the programmes and to carry out a study presenting the experiences of the project (ill. information material and on-line publication)
