The grant application entitled “Strengthening the identity of Baranya County” is carried out in the consortium of Baranya County Municipality and the Baranya County Development Agency. The main objective of the project is the development of the county community. On the basis of a thorough analysis of the situation and the results of the needs assessment, the strategy presented on the basis of the Baranya County Regional Development Concept presented in the underlying document has been determined that the purpose of the present application is to encourage the spread of individual behaviours and community values for health, to disseminate Community programmes in the fields of health promotion and to improve the quality of life. Developing health-conscious behaviour based on action at all ages along these directions; increase the number of health-conscious decisions and planning in cooperation between local community actors; strengthening community activities and local communities for health as a “value and tool”. In connection with the action, community development processes and community participatory planning practices and leisure programmes will be implemented. Interventions lead to an improvement in the sense of responsibility among the members of the community; the strengthening of society helps to resolve community conflicts and strengthen the capacity to act independently, to develop and strengthen the necessary competences, the county identity and the connection to the settlement, parts of settlements and region. The aim of the development is in line with the guidelines set out in the county ITP. The project consists of the following elements and activities: 3.1.1 Self-eligible activity, 2.implementation of Community actions, activities, events, other Community actions, activities and events in line with the purpose of the call. (Programmes to improve the quality of life of the population, to improve their health and to promote sport activities will be organised during the analysis of the situation and the needs assessment). 1 event will be organised per municipality: Szigetvár, Almamellék, Moving, Szentlőrinc, Free Saint King, Szentdénes, Sellye, Vajszló, Piskó, Siklós, Harkány, Diós-Violo, Palotabozsok, Himesháza, Girl’s Book, Babarc, Szederkény, Italian, Geresdlak, Nagypall, Hidas, Szászvár, Egerág. 3.1.2.1 Compulsory non-eligible activities to be carried out. 4. Publicity: Communication package according to the KTK: project subpage, C board, photo documentation. (The cost incurred will not be declared in the application, but it will be implemented during the implementation of the application. Costs of staff involved in technical implementation: a) Staff expenditure related to professional implementation: During the implementation of the application 1 staff member performs the necessary tasks during the implementation of the application. The application does not cover the costs of wages and contributions. Costs of technical implementation services: Rent related to professional implementation: — cost of renting assets and intangible assets related to professional implementation The necessary equipment is leased to ensure that the events are held at an appropriate level. The equipment will be rented at events, such as: Speaker, stage, beer bench, table. The instruments will be finalised in the Action Plan. Other: 1. Project management. During the implementation of the application, 1 main project manager will be employed, and 15 months’ salary and contribution costs are planned. The technical-professional content of the project was compiled on the basis of point 3.4 of the call. The project meets the substantive assessment criteria. The project complies with the assessment criteria set out in the area-specific annex. The target area of the community development process can be clearly defined geographically. The implementation period of the project is 15 months. The primary objective of the project is to achieve the development of the community. As a result of these interventions, a sense of responsibility among the members of the community is enhanced, community conflicts and independent capacity to act are strengthened.
