The aid application will be submitted for the funds allocated to the Municipality of Miskolc Municipality (HUF 1500 million) as set out in point 1.2 of the area-specific annex. Applicant for aid: Organisations involved in the development of the Municipality of Miskolc: The operator of Miskolc Déli Industrial Park, Miskolc Holding Municipality Asset Management Zrt., which is owned 100 % by the Municipality of Miskolc. The owner and owner of the title of the Industrial Park, MIK Miskolci Property Management Zrt., which is 100 % owned by Miskolc Holding Municipality Asset Management Zrt. For the development of the city of Miskolc, attracting investors and creating new jobs, it is essential that the city can offer a suitable industrial area for potential investors. The basic objective of the project is the development and development of an industrial park with adequate basic infrastructure in line with investors’ needs and good transport links and orderly ownership, which is essential for the introduction of new companies and businesses, as well as for the expansion of local businesses, thereby creating new jobs, the deployment of value-creating, economic-generating and revenue-generating investments. Accordingly, the present project is aimed at the development of the Miskolc South Industrial Park and the development of a new industrial area, directly linked to the Hungarian Government’s 493/2015. In its Decree (XII.30) and its resolution 2035/2015 (XII.30.), the 1 000 ha Eastern industrial area of Miskolc, to be established in the framework of the Modern Cities Programme, was declared an investment target area and priority from a national economic point of view. The aid application is referred to in the call for proposals 3.1.1. Independently eligible activities are in line with points A(a) and B(a), i.e. the construction of a basic infrastructure within the boundaries of an existing industrial park and the construction of an industrial area infrastructure. As a non-eligible, mandatory activity, the applicant implements publicity. In order to build a transport junction and 2 bus stops at the connection of Bogáncs utca and Miskolc Déli Industrial Park, asphalt paved exploratory road is being built in 540 m length with 8 m high edges covering width between 8 m high edges, with pavement with asphalt pavement on one side and 2 bus stops on the other side with asphalt pavement and street lighting. A rain canal is built in the axis of the exploratory road, which, in addition to the drainage of rainwater, ensures the drainage of rainwater in the area on both sides of the road. The rain canal is designed for 654 m length with cleaning pits and sinkholes. Channel size DN1200, DN1000, DN800, DN400. The water drainage canal received by shore introduction the Hejő stream, which can only be discharged based on the level data of the Hejő stream and connecting canal. To this end, a shower and rainwater is created with energy supply. A service road is being built on the east side of the industrial park in 540 m length, 6 m wide, with crushed track structure, one side with dripping drainage ditches. The 724 m long sidewalk with a varying width of 1.5-3.5 m will be built together with public lighting to connect the commercial centre at the southern border of the city with the aim of safe walking for workers employed by companies already in operation in the industrial park and those who will be set up in the future. In order to maintain the public transport of the growing number of employees of the companies already operating in the industrial park — and in the near future — an asphalt paved bus turn with a diameter of 10 m in the middle island and 9.5 m wide orbit will be built, together with rainwater drainage. Construction of the basic infrastructure of the industrial area Asphalt paved exploratory road is being built in 950 m length, 7 m wide transport track, 3.5 m wide combined pedestrian walk and cycle path with asphalt paved pavement, central roundabout with public lighting, as well as transport facilities draining surface rainwater, drainage of the receiving water stream in 1 100 m length.
