The project aims to develop the road network of the Tatabánya-Környe Industrial Park. The industrial park currently employs ~10000 workers, many of whom live in Tatabánya and arrive at their workplace through Tatabánya, and there is also a significant number of truck traffic in the industrial park, most of which reach the industrial park through the city from the exit of the Tatabánya-New Town motorway. This generates a level of traffic that the road network was unable to follow while maintaining continuous operation, and it is therefore necessary to improve the accessibility of the industrial park in order to ensure labour mobility. In the framework of the project TOP-6.1.5-15-TB1-2016-00001, the “Transport development of industrial areas in Tatabánya” we intend to renew the Búzavirág road in order to ensure undisturbed access to the industrial park companies. We have also submitted a call for proposals TOP-6.1.5-16-TB1 entitled “Establishment of Phase 2 of the Glass Factory Road”, which serves to develop a new approach to the industrial park from Tatabánya and serves as an exploratory mission for the expansion of the industrial park with additional areas. The proposals that have already been submitted or won serve to improve the approach to the industrial park, but do not solve the problem of road network gaps within the industrial park. The first connection between Búzavirág út and the existing section of the Glass Factory Road is currently situated about 1.4 km from national road No 8135, the Kerék Street, followed by the next connection, the Orgonás út, 300 m away. This current design means that in the case of congestion on the Búzavirág road or the construction of the glass factory road, the parallel road cannot serve as an alternative route due to the lack of connection. To solve this problem, we intend to build one of the elements of the project to connect Búzavirág út and the 2nd section of the Glass Factory Road in the current regulatory plan opening from Sarkalab Street. Implementation of the server path is 7867/50hrs. It is possible in Sarkalab street, in the already established area 7867/66 and in areas 034/31 arable land, 034/30 (Glass Factory Road, section 2). At present, the road has been built in the area at ~100 m long, starting from Szarkalab Street. According to the available utilities map, the rain canal has already been built along the entire length of the plot of hrsz 7867/66. Public lighting is currently not available on the existing road section. The construction of the road is possible with a pavement width of ~750 fm with a pavement width of 7.00 m, with a two-sided priority border or bench, taking into account the possibilities of drainage from the end of the existing section to the 2nd section of the Glass Factory Road. In the continuation of the existing rain canal on the side of Szarkalab Street, it is expected that a closed rain canal can be formed in a length of 400 m, and the remaining section, where the drainage conditions do not allow drainage, requires the establishment of a dripping ditch. The road is planned to be a service road within a residential area, so parallel to road and rainwater drainage, public lighting according to the road category will be installed at ~850 fm length. The construction of the road and utilities network requires the preparation of permit and construction plans and the obtaining of final building permits. The expropriation drawing and expropriation procedure also required for area 034/31. With the construction of the route, areas classified as Ge-13 and Ge-20 on both sides of the road will be explored. As another element of the project, we wish to modernise Kerék Street. Kerék utca is currently a simple asphalt paved road with double benches and open flood drainage. Public lighting and the safe use of pedestrians are not solved. As part of the project, on one side of Kerék Street (7867/10 and 7867/35hrsz.), we are planning to build a 2 m wide asphalt pavement separated from the road by a special border between the combined footpath and bicycle path on Búzavirág Road and the existing pavement at the entrance to the CTP logistics centre at the end of the street ~ 770 fm length. At the same time along the road, between the 2nd section of the Búzavirág út and the 2nd section of the Glass Factory Road, we will also build public lighting according to the road category at ~870 fm length. These interventions can also ensure safe traffic conditions for pedestrian and machine traffic on Kerék street due to the installed sites. With the development of the road section, transport connections in other industrial economic zone areas Ge-13 on both sides of the road are improved. The project management is provided by the GFSZ Nkft. The mandatory information is carried out in its own performance and does not intend to declare any extra costs.
