Tourist development of Miskolctapolca

There are two adventure promises with independent travel motivation in Miskolc, Miskolctapolca and Lillafüred. The aim of the project is to strengthen the tourist attractiveness of Miskolctapolca by developing a complex tourism product package, to present protected natural values, to expand services and program opportunities, thereby increasing the average residence time and tourist income. The project is carried out in a consortium, a consortium partner of the Diocese of Miskolc. In the heart of Tapolca, in the heart of Tapolca, in the immediate vicinity of the Cave Bath, which is the main attraction of Miskolctapolca, there is a protected park of locally collected gardens, which has been set for the development of eco-tourism by the Municipality. The development of the Acropolis Open Air Stage is an indispensable part of Miskolc’s summer cultural life. The Acropolis Open-Air Stage, owned and managed by the Church community of Miskolc, serves as a venue for theatrical performances and cultural programs during the summer months, providing colourful musical entertainment for tourists and local residents. With the infrastructural development of the open-air stage, it is suitable for performances with high/higher technical needs, and the scope of the program can be expanded. B., Professional technical content of the project: Self-eligible activities: 1., Complemented development of the adventure elements of a park with local protection (collective garden), creation of an experience element on the boating lake belonging to the park. 2., in the case of the Acropolis Outdoor Stage, the extension of the stage, the renovation of the auditorium. Mandatory activities that can be independently supported: The performance of the activities specified in the marketing strategy and the provision of publicity shall be carried out in the manner specified in the call. Accessibility: In the case of the Acropolis Free Square stage, a barrier-free toilet will be set up, and the barrier-free approach will also be developed. The conditions for accessible traffic will be ensured during the construction of the renovated walking paths in the park. Energy efficiency measures, asbestos removal are not relevant for this project, no new car park will be developed in the project, therefore the design of the electric charger is not relevant. Optional, ineligible actions: No such activity will be carried out under the project. C., MMJV undertakes to provide 3 independent programme elements and 3 tourist events per year. In the case of the Acropolis Outdoor Stage, the Consortium partner undertakes the conditions set out in point 3.1.1A.b.(2) of the call, the opening hours of 200 days per year, and that the number of visitors certified by a project element in the first year of maintenance will reach 5000 persons. At least 6 tourist events will be provided in connection with the event site at the site of the development. The project provides business opportunities for local SMEs. In connection with the attraction, there is already a restaurant or souvenir shop in the area, and its development is carried out from other sources, the municipality intends to establish a partnership with the operating companies, which will be explained in the framework of the feasibility study. The Municipality of Miskolc is a member of the local TDM organisation, the local IFA revenue exceeds the amount required in the call. D., The detailed description of compliance with the substantive assessment criteria listed in the notice is explained in the business plan. Planned total eligible costs of the project: HUF 628 000 000, requested aid amounting to HUF 628 000 000. Aid scheme and intensity Aid to promote culture and cultural heritage conservation, for which the expected aid intensity and operating result are well-defined in the feasibility study to be submitted during milestone 1 on the basis of precise technical and realistically planned business plans. Marketing costs have been broken down, including the cost of publishing in a separate cost line. The cost of land preparation was fixed on a separate line and the construction costs were reduced by this amount. Optional, ineligible activities are not planned in the project. The submission of the energy certificate is not relevant in this project.
