Development of the infrastructure background of Szekszárd’s events

The project aims to develop the infrastructure background of events in the City of County Rights within the framework of this project. The tourist attraction of the city increases year after year, its events aimed at presenting its natural sights and built heritage and preserving its traditions attract more and more visitors to the area. The development of the infrastructure background of the events is essential to maintain, raise, introduce new events and increase the number of visitors to the quality of its cultural, sporting and different age events held several times a year; replacement of leased assets by proprietary procurement. During the past decades, the Wine Days series has evolved into an independent attraction event, which is the traditional celebration of the city and the Szekszárd Wine Region on the third weekend of September, in line with the wine traditions. The event is not only of national and regional importance, but also of significant international attendance through twin towns, friends and family relations. The city’s most important event, which combines several-day programme elements of different categories: wine, gastronomy, music, dance, sport, exhibition, crafts, connects generations with programs for different age groups (children’s programs, traditional preservation). In addition to the Harvest Days, the following events will take place in the city: JÁNOS Háry MESEFESTIVAL — children’s and family festivals annually- 4-5000 people in Pentecostal HAL- AND VADÜNNEP — gastrocultural festival per year — 20,000 people’s DAYS OF THE COURT — cultural and local history festival — 3,000 people SEKSZÁRDI ADVENT — silence, waiting with cultural programs per year, 10,000 people SEKSZÁRDI SILVESZTER — joint end-of-year entertainment — 1000 persons Sport events: Gemenc Grand Prize The number of visitors is estimated, there is currently no concrete measurement. The local government develops the tool for measuring the number of visitors. The main venue for the events is the free space between the town of Szekszárd, Béla King Square, Garay Square, Babits Cultural House and House of Arts. The technical and technical content of the project, together with a description of the scope of the activities selected by the applicant for funding and which are not eligible independently, optional or mandatory. In order to improve the quality of outdoor events, the following modern quality tools will be procured within the framework of the project: 3.1.1 Self-eligible activities; A./b) Development of the infrastructure background of events — development of the basic infrastructure conditions of venues suitable for organising tourist events, including — complex stage and light technology, purchase of sanitary containers providing service hygiene conditions — installation and installation of sailing shading system for outdoor programs — plastic mobile floor system, ground cover elements in case of rain, and in order to protect grassy areas — related equipment acquisitions (only development for the cultural purpose of the event, to be used in the long term) — beer bench set, auditorium and orchestra chairs, giant sun umbrellas — smaller event tents that can be connected according to purpose and event — for the safety of performers, performers, delimitation and provision of event spaces, taper and mobile cordons, cordons with ribbons — ICOM handheld VHF radios for contacting event organisers. — provision of marketing elements (roll-up, cabinet, publisher holders, stop tables) — provision of information and publicity in the framework of project preparation — preparation of a business plan and marketing strategy and — public procurement, — reserve. The project is in line with the objectives of the call, the history of Szekszárd city, the development of the inanimate and living nature, the people living here, the city’s outstanding and characteristic tangible and visual memories and other evidences are presented by all events organised in the city, based on which the image and marketing of the city are based on wine culture. The existence of the Szekszárd Wine Region, in addition to the Gemenc and Sárköz combined, provides a set of important cultural goods that determine the region’s image, economy and tourist potential. The role of the events in the supply of cultural tourism is crucial and has a multiplicative effect on the economic and tourism development based on this. The organisation of marketing activities and events on the part of the city also provides an opportunity in the business sector to connect with the city’s image in the wine region, encouraging the development of entrepreneurship in the following areas: development of wineries, wineries, establishment and quality development of catering units, retail and service
