Development of transport promoting economic and sports economy development and labour mobility in Győr

The aim of the planned investments is to implement transport development in Győr, in 5 locations, encouraging economic and sports economy development and labour mobility. The development of infrastructure plays a key role in shaping both social and economic processes, and therefore it has a strong emphasis on the various regional development plans, including the economic development plans of the Győr City of County Rights. Infrastructure, in particular transport infrastructure, is a key prerequisite for production and the development of municipalities. The existence of an advanced road infrastructure and road network is an indispensable condition, on the one hand, indirectly for the production and development of material goods and, on the other hand, it is also a determining factor in the operation and development of settlements in the most direct form, and is a crucial component of the living conditions and living conditions of the population living in them. Although the road network, transport is not directly involved in the production process, it indirectly influences the development of production. The quality of the infrastructure reflects the general conditions for economic development in a city. The low level of infrastructure hampers the implementation of economic development at the right pace. For the economic development of Győr, it is therefore of utmost importance to ensure the appropriate quality of road infrastructure, the missing road network elements, in particular the main road network elements, such as the main road no. 1 and the sections connecting main road No. 82 with road 83 (Article 1). Radnóti u. clause 2. Bercsényi grove, 4. Association, i.e.; 5. Szauter F. u.) construction. Another important development aspect is the transport of existing congested road sections, the reduction of traffic in the city centre and residential areas, the exemption from environmental damage and roads serving sports facilities that attract high traffic and are of major importance for the sports economy (Article 3). Puskás T. u.) design. Development No 1: the ‘stretch’ of Radnóti Road up to main road 1. Once the development has been completed, Radnóti Street will be able to conduct direct, fast and unobstructed road traffic between main road No. 1 (which connects Vienna and Budapest via the city of Győr) and the 14th main road (to Slovakia). In addition to the above, the development facilitates the mobility of the workforce within Győr between the districts of Révfalu-Sziget-Újváros. In addition to the provision of territorial transport links, the road to be developed serves the large traffic-tracking facilities involved in the area, such as the continuously expanding István Széchenyi University and the Aqua Sport Centre, as well as the Radnóti Road Sports Complex to be handed over in 2017, which are the priority sports facilities of the 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF). As the capacity of Radnóti Road increases, the traffic volume of residential areas is reduced after the development has been completed, while at the same time improving traffic safety and air quality and reducing air and noise pollution. The Radnóti Road Clause completes the internal western bypass. Description of the technical content of development 1: The construction section of the external junction of main road No. 1 is made between the sections 128+ 075 km — 128+ 629.06 km of the main road 554.06 m long. The “neck member” of the municipally treated junction side section is connected to the construction section of the main road in a length of 33.65 m between the design gauges of 1+ 083.42 km — 1+ 117.07 km. Symbol of the design department of main road No. 1: K.III.B. Design speed is 70 km/h. Today the main road has 2x1 lanes. In the vicinity of the new junction, the main road is crossed by a siding on a separate level. Cross section number: 128+ 331.45 km. On the Vienna side of the main road no. 1 planned for expansion, the existing 2x1 lane track extends to 2x2 lanes until the junction connection. From this direction, a left-turned lane has been constructed to serve the expected significant marginal turn to the left. Further development, the development of an acceleration lane for those turning from the side direction to the right with a minisheet towards Vienna. After the junction towards Győr, the 2x2 lane highway track continues and is connected to the existing four-lane pavement. The construction of an additional right-turning lane from the direction of Győr towards the side direction is also justified. The intended new node is controlled by a signal lamp. Road construction is accompanied by a complete rainwater drainage and a standard public lighting network will be installed in the area affected by road construction. Development No. 2: road development and the construction of car parks on the north and south side of the Bercsényi grove. Following the implementation of the development, the Bercsényi Park will b...
