1. The aim of the intervention is to ensure high-quality road access for businesses and workers in the economic areas of the town of Székesfehérvár. It aims to have an impact on the improvement of access times, conditions affecting optimal road use (emissions, amortisation, road safety). It has a positive impact on the economic environment of local businesses by making work and logistical traffic smoother, and aims to achieve an increase in job retention and employment development investment. In the vicinity of the developed road section, and due to the improvement of the quality of the link provided by it, the accessibility of many local SMEs or large-scale enterprises in other parts of the city will become smoother in the industrial areas of the city, whether they are urban areas with an industrial park or a concentration of economic and service activities. The aim of the project is to renovate Berényi út Vértanú street and the section of the Cser Scout Street over a length of 520 metres. The planned casing width remains current, i.e. between the highlighted edges between 12.00-12.10 m. In order to ensure a continuous lane and to respect the speed of 50 km/h, a 2x1 traffic lane will be established on the design section and a separate lane winding to the left at each connecting street, as well as reception lanes and central hedging islands at pedestrian crossing points. For direct traffic, bus stops on the current lane enter the bus bay. The bicycle traffic is placed on straight bike lanes, passing through the pavement of the connecting streets with pavement marks. Two new middle-island pedestrian crossings are being built for pedestrian safety on the section between Csutora Street and Nefelejcs Street and at the connection of the Scout Street on the Kadocsa street branch of Berényi út. Public lighting is also required at the new pedestrian crossings, according to a separate technical plan. In Csutora street connecting to Berényi Road, 9 new parking lots will be built behind the pediatrician’s practice. The plumbing will also be refurbished on the section concerned. 2. Self-eligible activity in the project is the development of the local, municipal-owned, economic zone and connecting road in order to improve labour mobility in Székesfehérvár on the Vértanú street and on the section of Berényi út Vértanú utca and Cser Scout Street with a length of 520 metres. Renovation, development and upgrading of the pavement and ducts of the urban road will be realised. The construction of the pavement along the roadside, the development of car parks, the protection of public utilities, the refurbishment of drinking water pipes, traffic engineering activities, complex land-preparation works, landscaping, plant installation, bus bay construction, the construction of a bicycle lane with two-side directions over 520 m, the development of a cross-country crossing, the modernisation of public lighting along the road for road safety, will not be carried out independently as eligible activities in the project. The reconstruction of the rain canal related to stage II of the renovation of Berényi Road is planned under source TOP-6.3.3, which will be submitted in autumn 2016. The two projects will be implemented by aligning the milestones. 3. Fit the 1988. I. tv. The most important connection from the point of view of economic areas is the Videoton Industrial Park and the Szt. Industrial plants in the eastern part of Flórián Boulevard (Bericap, Halla-Visteon, IBM, Tesco) are included
