Small-scale transport development for labour mobility and economic development _x000D_ _x000D_

1. Project objective: The aim of the intervention is to ensure high-quality road access for businesses and workers in the economic areas of the town of Székesfehérvár. It aims to have an impact on the improvement of access times, conditions affecting optimal road use (emissions, amortisation, road safety). It has a positive impact on the economic environment of local businesses by making work and logistical traffic smoother, and aims to achieve an increase in job retention and employment development investment. In the vicinity of the developed road section, and due to the improvement of the quality of the link provided by it, the accessibility of many local SMEs or large-scale enterprises in other parts of the city will become smoother in the industrial areas of the city, whether they are urban areas with an industrial park or a concentration of economic and service activities. 2. Project activities: Self-eligible activity in the project is the development of the road towards the economic areas of local, municipal ownership, exploring the economic zone, in order to improve labour mobility in Székesfehérvár in the following 3 locations: Refurbishment of Balaton road from the Uzhida road roundabout to the bypass (main roads 7-8) — 760 m long: the refurbishment of the wear layer of the affected section and the corresponding benches are carried out in the framework of the project; Road renovation in Feketehegy from Kőrösi utca — Sajó street junction to Farkasvermi út — Pityer street junction at 1 170 m: the pavement is made accessible, the wear layer is refurbished, the whole track structure is replaced on certain sections and the drainage is improved; Szárcsa Street is refurbished from the Sóstó-Basa junction to the bus stop of Sárkeresztúri út in Juharfa Street, along with the road connection of the Sárkeresztúri út 1100 meters long. On the intertwined section, the refurbishment of the wear layer and the arrangement of the related benches are carried out, on some sections with a track structure shrub. The accessibility of the pavement along the roadside, the renovation of rainwater drainage, traffic engineering activities, complex land-preparation works, demolition, landscaping, bus bay, bus stop are not carried out as eligible activities in the project. 3. Fit the 1988. I. tv. Section 8(1a) — “The planning and development of public roads shall be carried out in such a way that safe conditions of transport are ensured for all persons authorised to travel on the road.” The safe conditions of transport of the footpathic mode are ensured by Szárcsa utca — Sárkeresztúri út and Kőrösi utca — Farkasvermi Road. There is no traffic attraction facility on Balatoni út from the Uzhidai road roundabout to the junction of the bypass (main road No. 7-8), therefore the establishment of a pedestrian pavement is not necessary. Safe conditions of cycling are ensured, the current volume of traffic on Kőrösi utca — Farkasvermi Road is located on Szárcsa utca — Sárkeresztúri út. The current volume of traffic does not justify the establishment of an independent bicycle traffic facility, from Balatoni út to the junction of the bypass road (7-8th main road) as part of a separate project. (The relevant feasibility study plan was prepared in the framework of project KÖZOP-5.5.0-09-11-2012-0004 on behalf of the JRC.) The safe transport conditions of the Community transport mode are ensured in all three implementation locations. 4. Indirect contribution: — to increase employment — indirectly in the case of a number-intensive development of the Székesfehérvár companies or by the emergence of new production units to increase employment — Balatoni út (from the Sóstó-Basa junction road to the juharfa street bus stop of Sárkeresztúri út) and Szárcsa utca — Sárkeresztúri út (from Sóstó-Basa road to the Juharfa street bus stop of Sárkeresztúri út) or by the emergence of new production units, the possibilities for transport within the urban border providing access to the appropriate quality, Kőrösi utca — Farkasvermi Road (from Sajó Street to Pityer Street) in case of a number-intensive development of the companies in Székesfehérvár, or the emergence of new production units to improve their capacity to meet their labour requirements by means of transport possibilities within the urban border ensuring adequate accessibility, Kőrösi utca — Farkasvermi Road (from Sajó Street to Pityer Street) is considered to be able to increase the potential for the new industrial district of the city, if the new infrastructure is to be used to increase the potential of the construction site in the current district of the city, in the case of a new infrastructure-building area, which is designed to increase the potential for the construction of the new infrastructure between the urban district, where the new infrastructure is to be used, in the case of a number-intensive development of Székesfehérvár companies or the emergence of new production units ...
