1. The aim of the project is to ensure high-quality road access for businesses and workers in the economic areas of the town of Székesfehérvár. It aims to have an impact on the improvement of access times and conditions influencing optimal road use. It has a positive impact on the economic environment of local businesses by making work and logistical traffic smoother, and aims to achieve an increase in job retention and employment development investment. The additional objective of the development of the road section is to relieve the central area of the city centre of Székesfehérvár from transit traffic between their 62 and 63 and urban sections and the inland bypass of the main road 7. Planned activities: as a new road network element, the connection between the main road no. 62 and the main road no. 63 and the path of Sárkeresztúri road leading to the city and the planned route between Juharfa Street and Köles Street will be realised by the construction of a road overpass over rail crossings and the connection of the New Váralja line as a continuation of the Southern Railway Street. In addition, as a planned related road network development, the modernisation and connection of Takarodó Road will be completed in order to strengthen the accessibility of the economic areas affected by the intervention area to the road linking road No. 62 to main road 63 and Köles street. The length of the developed road is 5 135 m (of which a new road is 4 085 m, a refurbished road is 1 050 m). Road A is 3 400 m, of which 380 m is the renovation of Köles street, 3 020 m new road including Juharfa Street, which will be completely rebuilt. Road A2 is 803 m, of which 670 m is the renovation of the pavement of Takarodó road, 133 m new road. Road A3 is 932 m and is implemented as a new road throughout its entire length. The construction of bicycle traffic facilities on the roadside will be carried out on 4 418 m (of which a new cycling facility on the route of road A at 3 507 m length and 911 m on the route of road “A”), the construction of a rainwater drainage system for 5 226 m (of which a new rain canal on 450 m length, a refurbished rain canal on 1 094 m length, a new open road at 3 482 m length, of which refurbished ditches at 200 m), the construction of water reservoirs, the construction of flooding pools, the construction of the pavement on the inland sections and the extension of public lighting. In the vicinity of the developed road section, and because of the improvement of the quality of the link provided by it, the accessibility of a large number of local SMEs or large-scale enterprises in other parts of the city will become smoother in the industrial areas of the city, whether they are industrial parks or urban areas focusing on economic and service activities. The permit documentation of Székesfehérvár, southern connecting road was completed on 4.12.2017.
