Improving the accessibility of the economic areas of Debrecen is a local economic development goal. The main activity B) is carried out independently as an eligible activity. In this context, road refurbishment is planned on the following sections: from the highway to the Border Road (construction of a bare layer and a trail with restoration of a closed canal section) with a pavement width of 7.0 m (on a borderless section with 3.50 m wide lanes, on a high border section with 3.25 m wide traffic lanes with a safety band 0.25 m). There is also a planned restoration of 1 lane on the section bordered by a closed channel on the section between Border Road — Railway Side Street. In the framework of the project, we intend to implement road renovation on the section running from Railway Side u to Derék Street (construction of abrasive layer). We do not plan to develop a separate green area, but it is necessary to plan the restoration of the green area next to the benches. During the renovation of the road, the bus bays were also planned to be refurbished. When refurbishing the road, a deflection measurement shall also be examined to check the existing load capacity of the road. The provision of publicity is a mandatory activity. The deployment of basic charging infrastructure for accessibility and the use of electric vehicles is not relevant. The investment does not include parking space development. Cycling and walking routes are not part of the investment, so the development of cycle paths/walk sections is not foreseen in this project. The infrastructural works necessary for the implementation of the eligible activities will be carried out as an optional, ineligible activity in accordance with the call, in which the construction of an open-covered ditch is planned on both sides of the motorway exit with the installation of a gas pipeline associated with the drainage of condensation. A closed canal is constructed according to the road gauge from 2+ 800 km. to the receiver (Kishegyesi út — road section 0+ 728 km, and the construction of a further 440 m vertebral canal on Railway Road Street is planned to be built to Lóskúti utca)/with ridge and sinkhole connections. Planned road restoration following the construction of a canal between the Border Road — Railway Side u. on the section affected by the closed canal. In addition, the 5) development for transport safety is being carried out in accordance with the call. On the given section we wish to build 2 signal lantern junctions at the junctions of Kishegyesi — Pósa utca and Kishegyesi — Border Road. No ineligible activity will be carried out in the project. The investment ensures safe transport conditions for all road users. Act I of 1988 on road transport. The project was planned in accordance with Section 8(1a) of the project, taking into account all relevant road users. The planned development complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no negative impact on the ecological status of the project environment, the status of water and climate change. In all respects, the design meets the technical-professional content requirements set out in point 3.4 of the call. The indicator commitments contribute to the implementation of the indicators undertaken in the ITP. The ownership of the properties affected by the development is orderly and the properties to be included are 100 % owned by the Municipality of DMJV. The total cost of the project is HUF 963.000.000, the amount of aid requested is HUF 930.000.000. The Municipality of DMJV wishes to prove the availability of own resources by submitting a declaration. Development will also contribute to improving the conditions for labour mobility. The development improves the accessibility of around 120 hectares of industrial land. There are currently no data available to describe the nature of traffic on the road, but it is planned that the nature of the traffic will be presented in the technical design documentation.
