The aim of the intervention is to renovate and develop lower urban roads in order to ensure that the economic areas of cities with county rights are easily accessible to businesses and workers. The project is not implemented on a point basis, but as part of the integrated territorial programme and is directly linked to project TOP-6.1.5-15-DU1-2016-00001. The development is based on regional conditions and specific needs and indirectly contributes to the development of the transport infrastructure necessary for the operation of local enterprises. The lower state and municipal road sections affected by the renovation and modernisation are located in the urban area of Dunaújváros, with 2x1 lanes, as follows: 1. 51316.j. Road leading to Dunaújváros ferry (Rév Road) is a section of 0+ 000-0+ 164.42 km in full length. 2. Garment factory road 0+ 000-0+ 585.41 km along the entire length of the section leading to the public port gate. Total 750 m. Activities to be implemented: A) Development and renovation of lower state-owned urban roads and nodes outside the TEN-T network: refurbishment, development, modernisation, development and refurbishment of intersections. B) Developing routes towards economic areas with local and municipal ownership, exploring economic zones; development and refurbishment of road hubs to improve labour mobility. Ineligible activities: Infrastructure works required to carry out eligible actions (infrastructural elements located below, above and next to roads (e.g.: modernisation of utilities, etc.), construction of rainwater drainage, reconstruction, traffic engineering activities, construction and refurbishment of artefacts, complex landscaping works (demolition, landscaping), execution of the works required by the authority’s licence. Building and refurbishing works on the topographical numbers of the activities. Renovation, development and accessibility of bus stops, bus stops, bus platforms. Road safety developments: refurbishment of elements to improve road safety, refurbishment, renovation and modernisation of nodes; modernisation of road safety in urban areas, municipal-owned public lighting along the route of the roads. The construction of the missing sections of the pavement along the road sections affected by the investment, or the accessibility of existing pavement sections and the refurbishment for road safety purposes. The construction or accessibility of footpaths in order to reach pedestrian crossings on the sections of roads affected by the investment. Development and refurbishment of utilities infrastructure as part of a road investment improving the approach to economic and industrial areas. During the development of the project, the casing and bandwidth were designed according to the call. The development fulfils the equal opportunities and environmental aspects taking into account the relevant legislation. The project has no foreseeable climate risk. Publicity is ensured during the project. No parking space is established. The bus stops to be refurbished are made accessible, and they are set up in accordance with the legislation.
