The aim of the project is to establish the link between the part of the village of Hetényegyháza, the M5 motorway and the main road No. 445, and to develop the existing section of the project in order to improve labour mobility in the city of Kecskemét. The intended function of the road is a local collection road, with a 500 m section of the urban area 1365 meters outward. The road also plays a bypass role in view of its direct connection to the Round Church connecting road through uncovered roads of 01575/8 and 33067. The 1 915 m long development phase includes: Section 1: construction of pavement clauses on the existing well-accessible municipal uncovered road of 33067hrs. Section 2: widening existing asphalt road to 6 meters and covering reinforcement at 550 m length. 3. section 3: an asphalt road 6 m wide on 1 000 m length and 6 m wide asphalt road to be built in a foreign area on a new track to be constructed. An important element of the regional, economic connection of the part of the settlement and the connection of the Hetényegyháza-Kecskemét road is to establish the transport link between the M5 motorway and the main road No. 445. Another key factor is that the development helps the businesses in the settlement area and the southern economic zone of Kecskemét to be accessible to the labour force coming from the surrounding settlements. On the basis of the TRT, it is necessary to acquire the extraterrestrial areas necessary for road construction. Line conduction: 1./The urban road next to the cemetery, which is currently 4 meters wide is a low-quality asphalt road, will be extended to 6 metres and its cover will be reinforced. At the side of the road there is a 1.5 m pavement. The entire section in the TRT has been regulated, but on a significant section the current width of public space is not sufficient to modernise, so land acquisition is necessary. The length of the road is 550 meters. The trail is connected to the 33067 inland land road. 2./The stretch of the outskirts follows the route of the existing municipal-owned land road over 1000 metres, however on a significant section the current public area width is not sufficient to upgrade, so land acquisition is necessary. The 365-metre long section of the motorway junction extends entirely to an extraneous area. Access to land shall be ensured at all times. A two-way traffic regime will be introduced throughout the road. The necessary road signs shall be placed and road markings shall be painted in a durable design. Cross-sectional arrangement: Crown width 9.0 m, 6.0 m highway width and 1.25 m floor width. Double-sided hem cover edge design with grass-plated ground bench. With 2x1 traffic lanes, 3.0 m traffic lane width. Drainage: An open trench is created for the drainage of rainwater on the road. As a suitable rainwater reception is not available, the ditches should be formed as dripping floods. Road structure: The road structure to be designed is paved with asphalt. Compliance with the technical requirements set out in point 3.4 of the call for proposals 1.The project was prepared in accordance with the fact that the realisation of the investment concerned does not place any other mode of transport at a disadvantage compared to the situation prior to the investment. Plans are not available. 2.It is not necessary to carry out a cost-benefit analysis during the investment, although the value of the investment reaches HUF 300 million, but does not generate ‘net revenue’, as users do not pay any fees for the use of the resulting infrastructure. 3.Investment directly contributes to improving the conditions for labour mobility, given that the accessibility of the Southern Economic Zone is improved by the municipality of Hetényegyháza, the surrounding settlements and those arriving from the M5 motorway 5.The requirements of points 4 to 6, 11-12 are not relevant for the investment. 7. The development is not a road safety investment, but according to the call the technical plans will be audited. 9.The development corresponds to the minimum pavement widths specified in the Road Specification. 10.With regard to the road within the urban area to be developed, sewerage can be arranged within the regulatory width without causing pavement demolition. 9.The construction or renovation of a parking space is not carried out during the investment, so no basic infrastructure for the use of electric vehicles will be built, given that the city is expected to build 8 recharging points in the framework of other projects. When planning and implementing the project, the Municipality of Kecskemét MJV complies with environmental and equal opportunities legislation. The investment does not concern protected natural and cultural value.
