Renovation and extension of the Kiss Ernő street and the renovation and extension of Thököly Imre Street and the Cold line

The aim of the project is TOP-6.1.5-16 “Transport development for economic development and the promotion of labour mobility” 3.1.1. /B) "Construction and development of local, municipal-owned, exploring economic zones, and/or connecting or bypass roads; building, developing or renovating road hubs, bridges to improve labour mobility’. Self-eligible activities under point 3.1.2: Accessibility and publicity, as well as technical content designed. The development meets the expectations of the technical and professional content and implementation set out in point 3.4.1 of the call, and helps to ensure that the economic areas of the city with county rights of Miskolc are easily accessible to businesses and employees. The investment takes place in the DAM and DIGÉP industrial areas and therefore contributes directly or indirectly to increasing employment or maintaining employment and improving labour mobility conditions. The development improves the road connection between the Avas housing estate and the DAM and DIGÉP industrial areas. Properly refurbished road surfaces directly contribute to facilitating labour mobility, improving conditions for mobility, both for motor and cycling traffic, and for the use of Community and public transport modes. Improving the safety of pedestrians and public transport will therefore lead to direct and indirect improvements in facilitating labour mobility in this respect. 1 Renovation of Ernő Kiss Street The pavement has to be scratched, on which a weary asphalt layer is built. Revision of road safety steel strip railing, intermittent repair. Accessibility shall be carried out for crew connections. The markings shall be painted on the road (overall length). Length: 1 980.9 m 2 Renovation of the Cold line from Mendikás vineyard to Gyár street. Length: 730.0 m Road refurbishment and arc correction/widening at required locations. 3 Renovation and widening of Thököly Imre Street. Length: 434.5 m Broadening of the connecting part of Thököly Imre Street and Vologda Street to 2x2 traffic lanes between Ernő-Andor Kiss Street. Color bridge widening. In the framework of the project, it is necessary to improve the existing road surfaces, to widen the existing road surfaces, to create the new road lane, and to include surfaces that do not currently function as roads. During the planning we strive to maximise the possible green surfaces, and because of the significant differences in the level of the construction site, the provision of water drainage is also of paramount importance. During official and utility meetings, due to the high density of public utilities, smaller replacements are required and a new pedestrian/bicycle crossing is also required. The increase in turnover and the composition of the restructured traffic make it necessary to revise and reorganise the existing traffic management. The road safety audit will be carried out during the planning. During the planning and development of the road, safe traffic conditions will be ensured for all persons entitled to travel on the road. The project also envisaged the development of safe conditions for pedestrian, residential and public transport modes. This is achieved by building pavements and providing bandwidths for traffic. As a result of the investment, no sustainable mode of transport will be disadvantaged after development compared to the situation prior to the investment. The area affected by the project is likely to require the purchase of real estate, but their exact location will be determined during the project development period. The grounds for exclusion set out in point 4.2 have been examined and we declare that they do not apply to this project. We declare that: According to point 3.4.1.1 2), the project will not generate net revenue after implementation, and no cost-benefit analysis is required. All the conditions set out in point 3.4.1.1 (14) are fulfilled. 3.4.1.2. (1) The beneficiary shall respect and comply with the requirements set out in point (1). On the basis of point 3.4.1.2, at the latest during the project development, an environmental assessment of the area affected by the project will be carried out. According to point 4.1, the project does not concern national roads. 3.4.1.2. According to point 7), the project has no foreseeable climate risk. According to point 3.2, the project does not constitute State aid, since the area to be developed is owned by the Municipality and the conditions listed are cumulatively met. The road within the urban area to be developed under the project has at least the following public utilities infrastructure: sewer, precipitation channel, telecommunications trails, water, gas.
