Development of low-class roads helping to get to work — renovation of the urban section of Ágfalvi út Sopron

The Municipality intends to renovate the inland section of Ágfalvi út between Bánfalvi út — Kertvárosi út as part of the tender. As the project concerns the state-owned national road 86108 j., the development will be implemented as a consortium partner in 1988. On the basis of Act I, Magyar Közút NZrt. The road renovation on the said section is carried out by Magyar Közút, with the exception of the junction area associated with the M85 expressway, at a length of 1013 fm. In connection with road renovation, the development of the rainwater drainage system associated with the drainage of the road is implemented by the Municipality. Ágfalvi út is located in the western part of Sopron, the outskirts of which creates the connection with Ágfalva and the Austro-Hungarian border crossing point at Somfalva. To be treated as a high-traffic collecting road on the urban section. The aim of the intervention described above is to renovate the inferior road outside the TEN-T network in order to make the economic zones in Ágfalvi út and other areas of Sopron well accessible to businesses and workers, and to improve the mobility of workers in the city. The road section to be refurbished, the state of the current road is deformed, generally speaking, the surface coatings on the macadam structure have aged, worn out, uneven descents, unevennesses, and cross-sectional deformations. The edges of the casing were broken down on several stretches, and the surface of the surface faded. Due to the construction of public utilities in recent years, the casing has a shattered surface. At present, the dewatering of the road is mainly provided by the open trench system, where rain falls through the bench. Rainfall cannot flow into the open ditch during heavy rains, thus constantly washing the benches, creating a level difference between the road and the benches, as well as water flows, creating an accident risk for road users. The trenches of the earth were swept up, their cross-section was inadequate, while the sheets of the paved trenches were out, repairing them is essential. The main purpose of the development is to renovate the pavement, and during the development of the road, the lineage of the road does not change. The site layout, the casing edges, the length of the sectional lines follow the current design. The width of the casing does not change, except in places where correction or arc expansion takes place. The planned elevation lines follow the existing state. During the refurbishment, the existing stops will be sorted — the local and interurban stops are standardised — previously designated by the Municipality, the Public Transport Service Provider and the Magyar Közút. On the section to be refurbished, the drainage will be completely renewed, and closed rainwater drainage will be built in the municipality’s investment. Taking this into account, a special hem will be developed throughout the entire section. Following the construction of the pavement, traffic signs and pedestrian crossings will be renewed. The section is affected by the Sopron North-West bypass, which is built as a national sector project in the framework of the section between Csorna II — Sopron — National border M85, which connects to Ágfalvi út by a junction between 0+ 700-0+ 861 km. During the renovation we do not carry out road renovation within the boundary of the planned circular junction. The construction of a rain canal for dehydration of the road from Kertvárosi út to Besenyő utca Rák stream would provide a solution for the current unorganised drainage and would result in a long-term sustainable technical solution with much less operational tasks, suited to the renovation of the road. During the implementation of the project, we undertake to: by implementing our project, we contribute to the promotion of employment and mobility, in addition to the support received, we finance the project on our own, -we undertake to maintain the project on pain of repayment of the aid. The investment was made in 1988 on road transport. I. tv. We plan and implement it in accordance with Section 8(1a). As a result of the investment, no sustainable mode of transport will be disadvantaged after development compared to the situation prior to the investment. The road to be developed shall have the following public utilities infrastructure: sewer, condensation, telecommunications trails, water, gas. During the planning and implementation of the project — we comply with environmental and equal opportunities legislation — we preserve the protected natural and cultural values in the area affected by the project -we take into account and enforce the principles of universal planning when planning -we have a local equal opportunities programme and equal opportunities plan -the implementation of the project is not endangered by an extreme weather event -the project has no foreseeable climate risk
