Construction of 4 group crèches in a sand mine

1. The purpose of the project is to provide targeted support for investments by social institutions (infrastructure and asset development), not only to social reforms and family support efforts, but also to increase mobility and employment in Hungary. Social cohesion, equal opportunities and the creation of a modern child care system contribute to the long-term competitiveness of the city by supporting the development of places in municipalities with demographically growing or stagnating populations, as well as the development of institutions with a high number of disadvantaged children. With the planned capacity development (new site), we aim to improve access to care for both users and workers. Another important objective is to improve equal opportunities and the quality of the early childhood care system, which can contribute not only to improving the quality of basic social care but also to improving the demographic composition of the districts concerned, by keeping the young skilled workforce locally. The establishment of a new crèche can also help to increase the long-term competitiveness of the city by allowing parents to return to the labour market faster, thus ensuring higher incomes for families as well. Among the other milestones of the project, it is of utmost importance to increase the capacity of the city to retain its population and to retain the young and skilled workforce by creating a barrier-free establishment of the newly created institution. Barrier-free development aims to ensure equal access to care for all families. With equal opportunities, we create early tolerance, acceptance and prejudice immunity in our children. The investment involves the development of modern, energy efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly building engineering that contributes not only to the city’s but also to the country’s environmental and climate protection objectives. Our important goal is to enable our children to spend their daily lives in a predictable, safe, safe environment without accident. With the modern, aesthetic material environment of the new crèche, our aim is to ensure that the quality of education and care is not only maintained, but also increased. 2. Description of the eligible activities of the project The project includes, among the activities eligible individually under the call, the following: — The creation of a new place of work and thus the creation of new crèche places — Acquisition of equipment, including the furniture and other furnishings of the new institution, development tools and toys, and other tools needed for operation. The project includes the construction of the necessary parking spaces and accessible parking spaces, as well as the use of renewable energy sources, as required by the legislation in force, for activities that are not eligible independently. The planned project meets the requirement that the call will not be eligible on its own but must be implemented. The planned project includes the mandatory activities and meets the accessibility and energy efficiency requirements set out in section 3.2 of the call, as detailed below. In order to ensure the mandatory publicity of the project, the beneficiary takes into account and implements the tasks set out in the document "Széchenyi 2020 Beneficiaries’ Information Obligations Guide and Identification Manual "KTK 2020" and related to the corresponding amount of funding. The project does not include any ineligible activities other than those listed above. 3. Presentation of the crèche services concerned The crèche is a service institution which, as a core activity, provides intraday care for children aged between 20 weeks and 3 years of age raised in the family. Act XXXI of 1997 on the protection of children and guardianship administration Act 15/1998 on the professional duties and conditions of operation of child welfare, child protection institutions and persons providing personal care. (IV. 30.) NM Decree regulates the forms of day care for children. The institutions of the city’s crèches provide day-care, care and upbringing of a child who is raised in the family, because of the work, illness or other reasons of the parents, in the course of day care, in the various areas of the settlement. In addition to the primary importance of the family, the nursery plays a complementary role in the upbringing of the child. Perform early rehabilitation care for injured children in an integrated group up to the age of 6 and provide care for children with special educational needs in a normal crèche group. They provide educational advice to families with young children. In addition, the city considers it important that the crèche and the needs of parents are aligned. Personal and personal
