The aim of the project is to improve access to kindergarten care and to realise the quality of services. The planned renovation involves the replacement of electricity lines and fittings, the modernisation of the heating system and the replacement of radiators. The replacement of old exterior windows, thermal and waterproofing of the roof, the installation of solar panels and the thermal insulation of the facade of the building are realised. In the interior spaces — in the necessary places — doors and windows, floor coverings are replaced and painted. In accordance with the tender specifications, the building is made accessible, and an elevator is constructed. Outside the building there is an external ramp and pavement renovation is carried out. The renovation is an activity subject to authorisation, and the permit plan documentation has been submitted to the authority for authorisation. The project has no foreseeable climate risk. The project-proportional accessibility was taken into account during the design, and the design documentation includes an accessibility plan chapter. As part of the planning task, the energy certificate was completed before the start of the project. After the completion of the project, it does not generate net revenue, so a cost-benefit analysis was not necessary. 3.1.1 Self-eligible activities as detailed in the technical specifications attached at the time of submission: Infrastructural development of an institution/service, including: (a) Renovation of seats b) Renovation of yard B) Acquisition of equipment. a) Court games (Only purchased playground equipment that are certified to meet the needs of the target group indicated) 3.1.3 Activities that are not self-eligible and must be carried out: accessibility: according to the regulations, the design chapter of the rehabilitation engineer c) energy efficiency measures: as detailed in the technical specifications attached at the time of submission (following the completed development, the building will meet the energy requirements set out in the call) (d) publicity.
