In the framework of the project, the renovation of pre-school places, their proportional accessibility and energy upgrading and the construction of a new 4 group kindergarten serving growing needs will be realised in the case of the 6 tasks maintained by the Municipality of Sopron County. In the case of buildings undergoing renovation, the poor technical condition, the high operating costs and the increasing population of the city in the case of new construction justify the development. The planned investments will contribute to the return of young children to the labour market, thereby increasing employment and improving access to kindergarten care. The majority of women returning to work consider the kindergarten environment as an appropriate educational environment for their children. For young children, a sufficiently spacious, modern, healthy environment is essential for their healthy physical and mental development. Crowded and refurbished institutions are poorly attractive and this often acts as a disincentive for women wishing to return to work. The Municipality of Sopron MJV strives to make every effort to ensure that women returning to the labour market can keep their children in full safety and quality in a good environment while they are active participants in the labour market. New kindergarten places for children over 3 years of age and, in some cases, for children over 2.5 years of age, would provide a suitable educational environment.
