Refurbishment of seven colorflowers

We would like to submit our present support request for the complete renovation of the Sevenszínvirág Memberschool in Salgótarján, which operates under the authority of the Municipality of Salgótarján County. The Seven Colour Flower Tagóindergarten is located in the immediate vicinity of Salgótarján city centre. In an institution with 60 places, the number of users is projected to be ensured on an ongoing basis. The aim of our project is to ensure equal access to kindergarten care, thereby helping to support the employment of young children. We consider it particularly important to provide a sufficient number of teachers in the institution who are able to provide high-level inclusive education (education of children with integration, behavioural difficulties, special educational needs and disadvantaged backgrounds). The building was built at the end of the 19th century with a traditional structure, brick walled with a saddle roof. There was no significant improvement in the institution, apart from the necessary renovations. Due to the existence of the building, the whole building needs to be renovated. During the construction, the building will receive a new shell and a new tin structure. The sanitary facilities and other service spaces within the building are relocated. By relocating the premises, new partitions, opening breaks, opening narrowings and opening wallings are created, thus eliminating overcrowding, taking into account future expected needs. There are floor differences between the floor levels of the rooms, which need to be raised to the same level as the floor levelling. After repairing the facade plaster, the thermal insulation of the outer wall is made after repair, the doors and windows on the facade of the building are of wood and plastic structure, so it is necessary to replace it with modern insulated glazing. Complete electrical and mechanical wiring and fittings are to be replaced according to new standards and due to their outdated and insufficient energy-saving performance. The building’s central heating fixtures and wiring are dismantled. Heating thermal energy is provided by the urban district heating network through the heat centre. During electricity renovation, renewable energy utilisation is planned by installing solar panels, which provide electricity to the grid. In the building, the light sources are replaced with LEDs. Part of the existing building will be demolished, but it does not entail any reduction in capacity. During the renovation, due attention will be paid to project-proportional progression. The acquisition of both internal and external equipment was planned in the project. The project design took into account the consideration of potential risks. It can be said that the project has no foreseeable climate risk and is not endangered by extreme weather events.
