Crèche development in Tatabánya I.

Detailed professional content of the development: one of the priority goals for the city is the development, quality renewal and scheduled implementation of institutions and public services that help to get into work, especially with regard to the placement of 0-3 year olds in crèches. The aim is to bring the service offered to a higher level and to ensure that the institution’s professional theme is provided. At the same time, the planned intervention indirectly contributes to supporting the family of the target group (children, carers) and provides an opportunity for early work and helps parents return to work as soon as possible. Developments pay special attention to poorer families and communities with disadvantaged children, given that quality education, especially in early childhood, is one of the most effective tools to prevent social differences and the emergence and perpetuation of exclusion across generations. The city’s planned crèche development goals aim at complexity, so they also respond to energy-electrical, mechanical and other renovation needs. At the same time, they aim to develop the tools needed to deliver a higher level of public service. The interventions provided in the framework of the TOP focus on creating the necessary background for professional development and allow for energy-related interventions, which include improving the thermal insulation of buildings and modernising the mechanical systems. According to point 3.2.1 of the call for proposals, the project involves the development of several places of work of an institution, taking into account the maximum amount of funding that can be applied for. In accordance with Section 42(1) of the Act XXXI of 1997 on the protection of children and guardianship administration, the institution system of the town of Tatabánya provides for the intraday care, professional care and upbringing of children under the age of 3 who are raised in the family. If the child is 3 years old but is not yet mature for kindergarten education on the basis of his or her physical or mental development, he or she may be raised and cared for in the nursery until 31 August following his or her 4th year of age. In addition to the provisions of paragraph (1), the crèche may also carry out the upbringing and care of children with disabilities. In the nursery care, the NKtv. A child within the meaning of Paragraph 4(25) may participate until the age of six years or less. In addition to primary care, the crèche can assist families with special counselling, periodic childcare, the operation of a children’s hotel or other child-raising services. Based on the data currently available to us, there is no shortage of seats in our settlement, so we plan to improve quality in both professional and technical fields as part of the development. Point 3.2 of the tender notice sets out the expectations regarding the technical and professional content of the project and its implementation, according to point (g) of which our municipality certifies that it has a local equal opportunities programme, which is Section 31 of Act CXXV of 2003 on equal treatment and promotion of equal opportunities. Complies with paragraph 6(6). Municipality of Tatabánya — in accordance with Act CXXV of 2003 on Equal Treatment and Promotion of Equal Opportunities, No 321/2011 on the rules for the preparation of local equal opportunities programmes and on equal opportunities mentors. (XII. 27) Government Decree No 2/2012 laying down detailed rules for the preparation of the local equal opportunities programme (VI. 5.) with the provisions of the Decree of the Minister for Human Resources — Equal Opportunities Programme established the tasks necessary for equal opportunities, in which our local government undertook to coordinate the other documents of the settlement with the completed and adopted Local Equal Opportunities Programme, as well as the creation of opportunities in the operation of the institutions maintained by the local government. Based on the Local Equal Opportunities Programme (HEP), the planned interventions do not mediate segregation and reduce existing prejudices for groups. In addition, the activities carried out aim to reduce territorial disparities in accessibility, create the infrastructure conditions for a healthy environment and efficient education and thus ensure access to quality services, without exclusion, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the call for proposals, taking into account the principle of equal opportunities. Point 1(l). In the planning and implementation of the project, we will take into account the expectations set for the project, including compliance with environmental and equal opportunities rules and maximising the potential of reducing the pressures arising from climate change (according to point 3.2(a), (c) of the call for proposals). The project does not belong to the 314/2005. (XII. 25.) covered by Government Decrees. “The Environmental Impact Asse...
