Urban crèche development

The Municipality of Szekszárd, built in 1979, awaits the children of Szekszárd with 125 seats. All infants aged 20 weeks — 3 years old whose parents are unable to provide care during the day can be admitted to the crèche. According to Section 42/A of the Child Protection Act, a child entitled to a regular child protection allowance, whose parent or other legal representative proves that he is in an employment relationship or other employment relationship, must be given an advantage during recruitment. In the case of developments aimed at developing the infrastructure and capacity building of crèche institutions providing crèche care, the involvement of a specialist experienced in the field of early childhood care is mandatory in the planning and implementation of the project. 15/1998 on the professional tasks and conditions of operation of child welfare, child protection institutions and persons providing personal care (IV. 30.) Decree No 2 of the Minister for National Development, Annex 2, Part I, Part 2. Points B)-C) of the crèche contain the qualification requirements and the person with the qualification standard specified therein is considered to be a professional experienced in the field of care for young children who currently works in crèche as a manager or expert adviser. Rudolf Rimai, head of institution, is a specialist in the field of early childhood care for the present project. No space extension is required in the City Cradle. No one will be rejected, 116 of the 125 places are currently occupied. Insulation against heat and rainwater of roof surfaces not affected by the previous development could be refurbished in the institution, i.e. all other roof surfaces with the exception of the new roof surfaces covered by the previous extension. Facade doors could be replaced and the façade could be thermally insulated and refurbished in places where it was not replaced in the previous development, i.e. on the kitchen and economic part of the building, as well as on the part of the building containing administrative rooms. The building of the crèche was extended by two group rooms in 2014; the construction works of this project do not concern the excellent extensions. The roof insulation, original doors and facade construction of the old part of the building not affected by the extension has been aged, to be refurbished. In recent years, in addition to cleanliness paintings, repair works have only been carried out in the case of defects, in the case of roofing, stained repair of the roof, and in 2013, due to a pipe break, a section of the sewer and a water pipe was replaced in the farm building. The walls of the courtyard terraces and the pavements around the building are worn out and need to be replaced. In the yard, the dampers and sandboxes are in poor condition, to be rebuilt. The storage of toys in the yard is not solved, therefore new garden storage buildings are made with wet blocks. The green surface of the yard is worn out, it is necessary to plant a protective hedge. New safe playgrounds are needed. According to the needs indicated by the crèche, the tender would also include the purchase of equipment. On the flat roof of the building, the installation of a solar panel system and the modernisation of lighting will be carried out except for the two new group rooms and service rooms. The building has a heated floor area of 1 226 m² and is currently classified as B (147.95 kWh/m2a). — in summary: roof insulation of old building not affected by extension, replacement of facade doors and doors, thermal insulation and renovation of facades, replacement of courtyard terraces and pavements around the building, reconstruction of dampers and sandboxes in the yard, solution of storage of toys in the yard, replanting of the yard, installation of protective hedges, creation of new safe playgrounds, construction of a solar panel system, modernisation of lighting, equipment acquisition.
