Development of the Children’s Cradles in Dunaújváros_x000D_

The primary objective of the project is to extend the space of Zengő-Bongó Bölcsőde, the second largest crèche in Dunaújváros, by 48 persons, and at the same time to modernise the integrated Hétszínvirág Bölcsőde building. The secondary objective is to support workers with young children, to help families, to help children at an early age, to develop and to rehabilitate them at an early age. With this development, there is an opportunity to educate, improve the quality of services and improve the employment and quality of life of families with young children, promoting modern movement and intellectual development. As a result of the project, children under 3 years of age living in the city and under the age of 3 years of age will be expanded in our crèches, thus ensuring that the basic crèche service is available immediately on the request of the parent/parents every day of the given education and care year. With the development, it will be possible to provide a higher standard of primary care in crèche, based on a more modern basis and appropriate to today’s age. In addition to the primary care priority, crèches can provide additional services supporting families that we have been unable to operate in the last two years due to lack of space, because it would have jeopardised the performance of the basic task. The realisation of the project is also a job creator, since it is necessary to create 48 seats, in a member institution with 4 group rooms, 8 people with young children and 2 children’s nurses. For self-adjustable activities: Zengő-Bongó Bölcsőde The institution is located in a building with an internal floor area of approximately 1 590 m², with a brick structure and a complex layout. Three pavilions out of five pavilions in the N-K part of the building are currently used for childcare in three pavilions. The aim of the development is to restore the original function of the two pavilions in Vörösmarty Street, currently used for warehousing and office purposes, with 2 new group rooms per pavilion (2×2×12=48 persons). The storage and office functions will be transferred to the Bólyai Street wing by expanding it as necessary. The energy development of the building and the construction of a barrier-free toilet will also be realised in the framework of the tender. Self-eligible activity: Existing crèche, extension: 1) Renovation, modernisation, 2) refurbishment, 3) expansion Compulsory activity: Accessibility, Mainstreaming energy efficiency aspects, Providing publicity Optional activity: Purchase of equipment — Acquisition of furniture and other fixtures and equipment Sevencolorvirág Bölcsőde The institution is located in a building with a surface area of almost 465 m², with an outdated technical state of brick structure with several half-scarves, with two separate wings connected by a road corridor. In the framework of the tender, the main energy modernisation of the building will be realised, to the extent necessary, interior replacement and painting, as well as the development of the playing yard. The energy development affects the facade, roof and exterior doors and windows. The mass of the building remains unchanged. Refurbishment does not involve any extension of the number of places in tangible real estate. Self-eligible activity: Existing crèche, extension: 1) Renovation, modernisation, Mandatory activity: Accessibility, Mainstreaming energy efficiency aspects, Providing publicity Optional activity: Acquisition of equipment — Acquisition of furniture and other equipment and equipment Compulsory and non-self-sponsored activity: 7. Asbestos removal is not relevant in principle. We comply with the accessibility and energy efficiency requirements on the basis of the attached plans as described in point 3.4 of the call.
